Liverpool have not looked convincing in the first two premier league league games this season. Just getting 4 points, scoring 4 goals and conceding 3 goals is not a good thing. Especially their opponents are only Watford and Crystal Palace.

Yeah, I was just thinking how incredibly deja-vuish this early season matches feel. I can't remember the last time I watched Liverpool play against supposedly average teams without feeling my heart in my mouth. I did expect them to win this match, but not without conceding, so much so that the clean sheet feels to me more like the opponent's inability to attack than Liverpool's defensive qualities.

It's not the worst start to have, for sure. Just can we have one game where we can sit back and relax after scoring?

The "good news"? Next opponents are Arsenal. Just got that tricky Hoffenheim game to get past first!

Liverpool vs Crystal Palace, in minutes 72 Liverpool leads 1-0, i'm happy to see this but Liverpool performance need improvement if they want get better results than last season.

i expect more goals from Liverpool but apparently the scores not change that after final whistle Liverpool win the match 1-0 but this is good results after first match from them only able to playing draw and so far Liverpool still unbeatable in the league and europe competition

Good news? Yes, last season liverpool always played well against the big team, last season liverpool beat Arsenal home & away. I do not know what made them like that yesterday, but I hope the habit of playing well against big clubs may continue

Are you serious? You are replying to a 2015 post. And at that time Arsenal and Stoke were playing different matches.
This time they are playing against each other. Why do you think anybody would bet on both sides in the same match?

Tomorrow will have the first of many london derbys where we will find Tottenham and Chelsea meets each other the two sides hate the most of each other in londonand it should be an interesting derby as Tottenham started this campaign with an away 2-0 win over Newcastle while Chelsea is not at their best as  they lost to Arsenal in FA Community Shield at first and secondly they were beaten at home by Burnley also they will be missing their central defender through the suspension of Cahill so it's not looking good for them on defense they most likely to use 3 at  Rudiger, Luz, Azpilicueta but they have to use witch not enough to stop Tottenham so ithonk we more likely to see the hosts as winners.

8 Goals from 2 Premier League premiere matches, 3 goals from 2 premier league premier matches with manchester united. Manchester United is really crazy. Just 2 games, people will say this is too fast for the judge, but Manchester United is amazing. Not surprisingly, Manchester United predicted as a champion competitor.

I agree Man Utd really look good this season and I think they are a top contender for the title but right now it is a little hard to judge as they haven't really played a top team yet. I think we will get a better understanding on how well Man Utd will do once they start playing the top teams. But looking at the way they play this season they do look like a top team. Time will tell if this is set to continue.

The only team that did not transfer to the Premier League was Tottenham as far as I know, continuing their way through the experienced team. The first week they did well in the Newcastle game. Chelsea started the season with a shocking defeat. Moreover, there are two penalized players, I thinkTottenham will win the game.

Nah dude, classic Arsenal. Their first match also sucks imo, 2 goals in the last 10 minutes of the match and now against Stoke, Arsenal choked again. I also cheered on Manchester United for this season, their lineup is really scary. Their match against swansea yesterday though, 3 fast goals in 5 minutes. Lukaku has the best performance so far.

The real opponent is the top teams, we know that west ham and swansea are below the level of manchester united. We have to see the real match, and R. Maybe this time tottenham will be able to play bailk in the next game.
With a sufficiently qualified enough qualities, if you look at your current opponents going with two players in law, it will not be hard to dominate the match

Yes, that's what I'm asking, will he be consistent if he's up against a big club? Last season he scored a lot of goals but he did not play too special against big teams. But I hope he can be consistent. At Manchester Unitrd he can get good balls from midfielders like Pogba, Mata, mkhitaryan.

I loved the Bournemouth vs Watford game.  Marco Silva has done a good job in bringing in a breath of fresh air in the club.  His attacking and free flowing style could take them in the top 10 or maybe even the top 8 in the EPL.  After two years at the club he could become a viable replacement for Wenger, or even Conte.  I think Conte's days are numbered in Chelsea.

Just watch today's game vs the Spurs.

Manchester United seems to be the strongest team this year in the Premier League! Last year his best result was 4-1, this year he has already won 2 times 4-0. It surely did upgrade compared to last year. Liverpool and Arsenal always have the same problems, maybe only Manchester City and Chelsea can counter it.
