I buy a small amount of coins just now @ 319 (came from selling @ 470 last rally) eventhough possiblity of making it much lower price is quiet high.

Well I gamble a small amount to test my own speculation. Because of this I need to hold that newly buy coins. But whatever will happen no worries. Just testing something.

are you basing your buys and sells on any thing...any technical indicators or trading strategy...or is it a gut reaction. You seemed to have picked the relative recent top pretty accurately.

and low 300's seem like a reasonable re-entry, although I agree it could go much lower

Im making my own speculation based on other speculations. How?

-Watch the price chart daily volume and compiled it. In my case I want a 3 day monitoring. Others doing it for 1 week. In this way you will see the average daily volume which can help you speculate.

Second, read others speculation and pick only the one with reasonable reason and not just being optimistic.

Third, make an output of your prediction based on volumes and those with 'reasonable'reasons. You will see interesting ideas here that contradicts some of those others speculations with basis.

Then lastly test your hypothesis.

Main ingredient here is Patience.

This is only my own doings and of course not 100% accurate. Im not an expert.

selling at $470 and buying back at $319 is a great profit. the amount you buy back doesn't matter that much as long as you are happy with it.

selling at $470 and buying back at $319 is a great profit. the amount you buy back doesn't matter that much as long as you are happy with it.

Overall I started buying at 270 before the last big rally but I sell it at 300 (after reaching 300 no one really know that big boost will happen) then rally continues so I buy again at 320 (risky one because 300 is really a high price for this year) then sell it at 470. I dont want to do a Math how much only I gained but at least my coins increase.

yes I try to hold it for long term benefits but when I find something good that I can buy it using bitcoins i use them. But the goal is to invest in them till they reach 1000 then I use them before they drop agiain

For now again im still holding and collecting bitcoin and waiting for price increase.I have a strong faith that the bitcoin will be rise on $1200.I hope that it will happen this comming year...

If the bitcoin community can reach a consensus about the blockchain size, the price will shoot up quickly, maybe to $600. If not, the price will rise slowly.

But I do hold all my bitcoin for my target price of $10k. Only at that price levels I will sell off my bitcoins but not completely maybe some 50% or less. Again I will hold my rest of bitcoins for the price of $100k for other five or more years. This is my plan of holding for price raise.

It is pretty much guaranteed that the price will increase,so yes i hold my bitcoins. I dont see the point in selling them right now.

Yes btc prices are very volatile so if you buy some coins and hold surely prices will go up and when prices go up you shouldn't miss the chance to sell when you make some decent profits. If you wait for long or wait by thinking prices may go further up then you will not sell any time. I sold around 480 level and brought around 380 level again.

Yes this time you did it right.But that very simple as spikes like this one are not sustainable. So the difficulty here is to sell at the top.
But with an slower increase,therefore also less volatility, getting out could be quite risky because it could take several months or even longer before the price might drop again. And in a few years you might look back and think $300 was damn cheap when mid 4 digits is the norm.

which is exactly why i dont want to sell my coins lol. whenever i see the price go up i feel like i should sell, but a part to me tells me that bitcoin is gonna be 5k+ someday so i should hold it.

No everything is possible with the bitcoin prices. I do believe bitcoin prices may go beyond $10k levels in short-term. In long term view and expecting $1 million per one bitcoin.

Reach my today's target. I'd sell those yesterday's purchase coins @ 319 when it hits $340 earlier then just waiting for buy back again at the range <315 (depends on the price movement) . Right now playing @ 330 range. Made a quiet amount of profit in less than 24 hours.

Im testing my speculation that's why I execute the exchange. I will look what will happen in the next few days after I sell my coins earlier if my speculations is right. Yeah really hard to predict but soon you will found ideas to make your own speculation.
