When I decided to join this community, my first intention was to accumulate bitcoins as a long term investment, but because of the great uncertainty that prevails in current markets I could start to move my stored bitcoin to diversify my investment.
Yeah is very nice you can hold, trade and more. When I started I was like you to just collect and hold it and trying to trade with the altcoins. Now they are so much choices for bitcoin. |

Yeah is very nice you can hold, trade and more. When I started I was like you to just collect and hold it and trying to trade with the altcoins. Now they are so much choices for bitcoin. Yes while growing and living in bitcoin world, we are discovering new choices to use our bitcoin in any kind of purposes in our life. This forum helps us discover that choices that's why hopefully this forum will stand forever. |

That is great. Just going with the flow. But it also requires patience and guarding it when it come down or up. Sometimes there will be a time that you are sleep while the great tide is coming. That happened to me.  |

So are you holding your bitcoins for future events such as halving or you more like to spend your bitcoins when you get it? I personally like to spend it for digital goods usually...
as a trader,of course yes i hold bitcoin for price increase,we all think that we can sell on better price than we buy before,and because bitcoin price really fluctuate,its look interesting to buy and sell many time. |

But I am holding for tomorrow for a secured future. I don't know when it will be yet I am holding and still buying a bit at whatever I can. I seek after the best additionally about the innovative changes which the Bitcoin convention may need to propel later on. What's more, I believe that question like the ones we are helping of late are bad for any individual who thinks about BTC.

That happened to me. yeah true. be patient and do not panic when prices fall, not too hasty when prices rise because in the future has been secured bitcoin prices will definitely explode Iam sure that people are going to be crazy when the price go to 1200 dollars or something and than go back to 500 dollars that can happen this year so watch the price going up than you can sell it because when that is going to happen I think the price will go low again. So we will see. I hope this year more people will use bitcoin so that the price can increase. |

believe ? your belief must be based on solid arguments, why you can believe that, bitcoin prices will skyrocket in the future? Why you asked? Never questioned a bitcoin believer. There will be just 2 scenarios in the future of bitcoin, bitcoin will become dead or it become skyrocket. Bitcoin to become dead needs some multiple bad news and really a bad mainstream. For it to become skyrocket, bitcoin must live for another centuries to come while gaining some development and mass adoption. If after a century still the price is like in today's price then don't expect more with bitcoin. |

I could understand why some people are selling, they might be in need of money or they think they are making enough profits to sell and buy back later.
That is the most cases. Traders sell to minimize loss then will acquire again if the price dips. Others need money for some general or any kind of purposes that's why even they want to hold more they have no choice. I have been in the feeling like that in the past. |

Halving or not I am still holding my coins. There is no immediate need for me to encash my bitcoins so it will stay in my wallet. Plus, I believe with the current progress in adoptation of bitcoin and with some media coverage, it is bound for a great price increase. Halving is just one of the factors for price increase.
If you're rich enough not to need to cash out bitcoins in any near future, then bitcoins will make you more richer. Saving bitcoin is the simplest way of becoming rich. You don't have to be rich to not sell the coins that you hold for a long time. I also plan to hold a good portion of my coins at least for a few years. That doesn't mean I'm rich. I hope my holding will make me rich at some point in the future. That's my goal and probably the goal of most people here. I agree, do not always expect the highest price, because it will come very shortly. better take advantage of increases and decreases each day |

I hold bitcoins and rarely spend it according to my internet trades, I think BTC has good potential and a rise like last year's $1000 is possible. Everybody likes being in the right train before it wins |

Im holding because im scared of the geopolitical situation. Things are start to look really bad. The abolition of cash, worldwide financial crisis, stocks collapsing.. I want to have something that can remain outside out all of this.

I am also doing the same and yes it is more profitable right now. If you want to earn big profit then you must have more Bitcoins. So now i am also working to increase my coins so that when price rises I am able to get big profits by selling them in future. I'm very much believe in bitcoin so, hope prices will rise more in future. |
