So are you holding your bitcoins for future events such as halving or you more like to spend your bitcoins when you get it? I personally like to spend it for digital goods usually...

definetly i saving bitcoin for price increase,but. i am not sure they fully support bitcoin as a global currency, because they prefer to keep it and wait for the price increase bitcoin, but whatever it is, I'm sure they really love bitcoin as a valuable thing.

That is the right thing to do, as we have belief that it would reach at that mark in the year 2016 and we all are waiting for that, and I am doing the same but I feel that it would be unfair to wait till bitcoin reaches to $1000 mark I would sell at any point of time if I am earning good amount of profits, But we want that we should a huge amount of profits so holding it at a moment and would sell a part of it in the coming months.

Yes, i wait for price increase, and this answer has 233 votes, most of us want to hold bitcoin. The increase of the price i expect to happen in the Q1 2016 and maybe at that time i will spend all of my bitcoins.

All of your bitcoins? That must not a wise decision. I have plans for spending bitcoin too. I'm not earning bitcoin to spend all at one time. I strongly believe bitcoin will go to unbelievable prices like $1 million per one bitcoin. So I will spend only some 25% to 50% at a time when I get my target prices like $10k, $50k, $100k and $1M.

If the price goes very high then why not trying to sell even all of them.

I like your idea of splitting the amount and spending time by time.

But if there is also any emergencies then i would spend them all.

The price does not look too rise even for today.  Nobody is buying any and are more likely holding until the day after it being boxing day when everybody is spending their saving (bitcoin and fiat) on year end deals.
I would say wait if you want to sell cause now is not the time. The price will keep dropping and maybe in the new year it will increase abit more to the level we were at a week ago.

There are many people around the world holding satoshis Bitcoins for the price increase. Because last 3 or 4 days Bitcoins price was going down but its regained its value and increasing now.

I guess there is no need to wait till halving or after halving.
Because bitcoin prices will go up before halving itself. There are new money flow already coming into bitcoin ecosystem aiming halving which will bring new higher prices.

Yes definitely all the forecast are on bicoin hitting the thousand dolla mark and every one who are into crypto currency are anticpating scenarios that is why I left a few coins for long time investment hopefully this will happen I have read a lot of news that many companies and merchants are now accepting bitcoin

I am holding a good portion of my coins for a price increase, yes. Probably 50% of my coins will get sold at some point in the future. The rest of my coins will remain in my wallets for at least 10 to 20 more years.
