I am also trading my bitcoins is important to make bitcoin useful. Also is just nice to have a new lifestyle with bitcoin.
Just a advice just hold 5 bitcoins in the future. Maybe it will go to 2000 dollars.
Reaching 2000$ might gonna takes some years. But in 2016 looks like bitcoin price gonna reach 1000$. Holding some bitcoin such a good investment for future thought |

Wow 2000 is really high. Do you really believe that? I will just be on 1000 dollars believable for now. It is hard but I think it may be possible. Just seeing how it increase in just weeks I believe it might happen. Assuming bitcoin continues to become more widely adopted, combined with the halving, there is a good chance bitcoin will reach that and higher. Maybe not in 2016, but the price can only go up as demand increases. |

Yes I don't really know about bitcoin or trading, but for me I will just hold bitcoin until the price increase that high.

So are you holding your bitcoins for future events such as halving or you more like to spend your bitcoins when you get it? I personally like to spend it for digital goods usually...
i am holding my bitcoin until they are worth £100,000 each..... thats gona be one hell of a day hahaha. i might have to wait 20years but its gona happen. |

Yes,I'm still waiting and holding some of my Bitcoin for a long time, since this coming 2016 I'm hoping for the increase of the price and maybe it will break the moon for the fist time.

That is the right thing to do, as we have belief that it would reach at that mark in the year 2016 and we all are waiting for that, and I am doing the same but I feel that it would be unfair to wait till bitcoin reaches to $1000 mark I would sell at any point of time if I am earning good amount of profits, But we want that we should a huge amount of profits so holding it at a moment and would sell a part of it in the coming months. |

I think you should diversify your holdings and sell some. |

Some of the posters in this topic have a misunderstanding of supply and demand. No way bitcoin reaches $1,000 with so many people waiting to dump coins on the open market. Everyone here is "holding" which means there are less bitcoin in circulation than have been created. This shortage of coins is still not creating a large enough supply issue to drive the price (demand) of the coin up. What do you think was driving this 3-4 day minor correction? The smart ones are dumping for $100 - $200 in profit per coin while the day dreamers hold out for $1000+.

Just remember to increase their numbers by doing bitcoin earning method. If people will start to dump then go. It won't bring much the price down as bitcoin today is different. |

Currently i am holding my bitcoins, i know that something will happen at the halving period so wait for it. the problem is telling the right top? for many 300 was the top, then 400, now it seems that they think is 500, which again is wrong, the real top is likely much higher and not happening now, the up trend this time is moving slowly not like the 90--->1200 pump but the truth is that they were all wrong, so that strategy is as good as died |
