Previously Mourinho was get tempting offers from Arabian team and it wasn't mention what is the club who want him but reported if Mourinho are willing to left Roma then that club will give to him fantastic salary approximately 60 millions per year but lately it was confirmed Mourinho will refuse that offers because after private meeting with Roma president Mourinho was impress to Roma vision for next season so that's why Mourinho has decide to stayed at Roma for at least until his contract ended

Well to be fair here Mourinho did win the Europa League with Manchester United, but I agree that he wasn't that successful overall given that he had quite a lot of resources at his disposal. But his success rate in the various cups has been on a decline for quite a while now. He won a lot more titles during his earlier career.
