Let's be honest, there are some teams like Bayern and PSG that does keep winning, and they still fire their managers when they are winning because at that point you want UCL if League is not enough.

When you win UCL too many times this time you want to change it because there are dramas going on. In the end, we always want to see something different on how it happened and yet want it to end with a win. Napoli fired their own managers because of this, lets see how much they will suck next season, it will be terrible for them to see losing again.

It was a really solid season for Inter. Maybe there was no Serie A title at the end but winning that title too would be a big extra for them. Because they already won the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana titles. Moreover they had a dream run in the Champions League to the final round. This is well said because you can't shine just on your own. In Napoli he found a team who was willing to put in some extraordinary work into their game and Osimhen benefitted a lot from that as he is also a hard worker as a striker.
