I think you are underestimating the other teams in the Bundesliga, so Bayern Leverkusen does not need new players for the rest of the league, we know that the January market is eagerly awaited by many teams to get the players they want to get additional strength, often they are burdened by the cost, but it is worth the price to get potential players and strengthen them until the end of the league.

I get your point about PSG's domination in Ligue 1. They appear destined to win, which can make the league boring. I think there's more.
