I think the management of Bayern Munich contacted some other coaches before the finally accepted to bring in Vincent Kompany as the current manager. This is the worst performance I have seen from Munich in the last 10 years. Every season we see the Munich team at the top of the table. But Bayern Munich is not even in the top 2 of the table this season. Bayern Munich finished the season in third place in the table. I fully agree with you on this considering the fact kompany is not having a lot of experience. I consider Kompany to be the club's last option. It has resulted in Bayern offering offers to various coaches, but these coaches have rejected them. probably due to the personaly reason.  The only question I have is why kompany? I could still accept that if it was Mourinho or someone else with experience leading a large club and won so many trophies but why it must be kompany. The way baeyrn officials think about th future of their clubs were really unpredictable at this moment.

I know rumours already all rounder linking the youngin to Real Madrid and Barcelona but t's best if he stays put one more season with Bayern Leverkusen to see what they can achieve in the Champions League Competition and how far they can also go. Yeah, I love the fact that they won't be having too much players leaving the club as it will help strengthen the squad by adding rather than letting go or selling.
