And this is not just a coincidence, Dortmund is very good at finding young talented players and I have no doubt that after they reached the Champions League final there will be many teams willing to buy players.

If at the same time they manage to achieve such results, then it means they are purposefully working in this direction. The Bundesliga is not so important for Dortmund, it is more important for the players to show everything they can do in the Champions League, because a lot of attention from different teams is focused on this tournament and for the players it is a chance to get the best contract in new club.

You can see that Watzke is a little lier. When they made it into the final, he was talking big things and that the whole club would be standing behind Terzic and bla bla bla. I know it is football and this is not the first time that it goes like that, but Watzke just recently said that they are looking forward to a bright future with Terzic. Leading Dortmund into the Champions League final and playing like that against Real Madrid in the first half is a pretty big accomplishment. Sahin would be risky as I don't see how he would be any better than Terzic. Roger Schmidt is said to have declined an offer from Bayern Munich, it would be weird if he now shows up to coach Dortmund.

Edin Terzic is a good coach and thanks to him, Dortmund was able to reach the Champions League final. Since the arrival of Edin Terzic as Dortmund coach, there have been many changes slowly in each season which have been able to provide great experience for Dortmund and the players are very proud when Edin Terzic managed to give his best until the Champions League final.
It's too sad to see a coach who has fought for his club and got very good results having to leave Dortmund while I have the thought that even though he failed in the Champions League last season, in the next season Edin Terzic will get even more satisfying results because After appearing in the final round, Edin Terzic knows Dortmund's weaknesses and will easily turn these weaknesses into great strengths.

Ending the season without a trophy seem to appear like the reason why it has been said that Bayern Munich did failed this season, this is now going to pose a challenge to kompany as the head coach of Bayern Munich because he's going to have it in his head that if he fails to get a trophy by the end of the season, most likely he would be considered another failure just like was said with tuchel the immediate passed head coach of the team.  Bayern Munich should  also understand that getting all the major title isn't something that can be achieved really easily.

Experience and a very different yet effective tactical approach and strategy will be used and needed to be able to get Bayern Munich the desired results they want and kompany doesn't appear experienced enough to be able to handle that but I know that he's going to try his very best and we hope it's enough to get him the desired results that is expected of him by the end of the season. If he's able to get the bundeslisga title back at least, I think that is really enough as it can be considered he's been able to achieve a lot as the champions league it's an easy task.

Yes it's true and initially I thought Dortmund would really be able to beat Real Madrid who are a team that can always turn things around at the last minute with various surprises from their very impressive performances, many say that Real Madrid are gods of luck, I thought initially Dortmund would be able to break Real Madrid's luck in the decisive match but in fact yes there was no advantage whatsoever they created during the game. Seeing Dortmund's failure yesterday in the UCL, I remember something they experienced last season in the Bundesliga where Dortmund almost managed to break Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga and at first I thought that this season they would take revenge, but it turned out that what happened was that they actually fell further in the standings by finishing in 5th position, and maybe these two failures are what finally made Edin Terzic resign from his coaching chair, and yes we all hope that Dortmund will soon get an equal or even better replacement to realize their dreams next season which are always delayed.

Borussia Dortmund played well in the UCL final this year, but failed. Real Madrid took the championship. They could not finish at the top of the Bundesliga, but with the success in the UCL, I thought Terzic would stay in the team for 1 more year, but I was wrong. Borussia Dortmund this season has achieved something that was indeed difficult for their previous coaches to achieve, in the last two seasons, Borussia Dortmund was able to show quite good performance during Edin Terzic coaching and even they were able to reach the Champions League final this season after several seasons of always failing to do so, I personally am very surprised to hear the decision that Edin Terzic has taken at the moment because I think he will be able to lead Dortmund Getting back on track next season if he stays, it seems like the decision he made is none other than because he has been saturated all this time at Dortmund and will certainly be looking for a new adventure after spending 10 years with Dortmund.

Currently, there are several names that are indeed linked to become the next Dortmund coach including the names you mentioned, but I personally hope that whoever the Dortmund coach next season, he will be able to bring Dortmund to victory and of course can become a title contender with Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, to be honest when I see Leverkusen succeed in breaking Bayern Munich's dominance so far in winning the Bundesliga championship trophy,  I also have great confidence if maybe Dortmund will be able to do it too.

Ending the season without a trophy seem to appear like the reason why it has been said that Bayern Munich did failed this season, this is now going to pose a challenge to kompany as the head coach of Bayern Munich because he's going to have it in his head that if he fails to get a trophy by the end of the season, most likely he would be considered another failure just like was said with tuchel the immediate passed head coach of the team.  Bayern Munich should  also understand that getting all the major title isn't something that can be achieved really easily.

Experience and a very different yet effective tactical approach and strategy will be used and needed to be able to get Bayern Munich the desired results they want and kompany doesn't appear experienced enough to be able to handle that but I know that he's going to try his very best and we hope it's enough to get him the desired results that is expected of him by the end of the season. If he's able to get the bundeslisga title back at least, I think that is really enough as it can be considered he's been able to achieve a lot as the champions league it's an easy task.

The Munich management's decision certainly won't be wrong and they provide an opportunity for Kompany to be able to show his abilities as the new head coach in Munich, maybe he doesn't have many achievements but maybe of course he has a lot of experience that can be shared by all Munich players, of course to get Good results require an approach to all the players in the main squad, remembering that adaptation is very important for a team to look solid, Kompany must be able to take that approach to be able to know all the players' characters.

Munich must be able to dominate again in the Bundesliga next season. If Kompany wants to be successful, Kompany must be able to do it because maybe it is not easy and will be a tough job for Kompany. I couldn't imagine that all this had to happen, I don't even see who the new coach is who is suitable to replace Edin Terzic, who has a wise nature and also a very good strategy in every match even though he always fails to win the Bundesliga trophy, but for me Edin Terzic is the best.

Edin was for sure a nice good coach but if you dont get any trophy after years at some stage there will be a decision made.

In my opinion, when he failed to bring something prestigious to Borussia Dortmund, it was not entirely his fault, because he did his best, but it was Borussia Dortmund themselves who made it more difficult for them to get a title like the Bundesliga. Their habit of selling valuable players is one of the main problems that makes it very difficult for them to become champions.
Now Edin Terzic has resigned from the coaching chair of Borussia Dortmund, and therefore Borussia Dortmund must look for a replacement who is ready to replace their old coach. but I myself wouldn't expect much from their new coach, such as being able to win a title for example, if they still have the same habits every season. The first of many, Bayern already trying to break over Leverkusen by hiring one of their players, and they are hoping many more would be gone by the start of the season and be bought by other bigger clubs. I feel like it's quite important to realize that Bayern has made this to Dortmund back in the day as well, that is how they got good and not get any good competition.

We have seen Bayern buy players from Dortmund, and end up getting Dortmund a little worse, buying players means that you do give them money, so they can get others, but they usually can't replace the player. Like Writz for example, you can pay 150 million to Leverkusen for him, you think they can spend all of that 150? Or even if they do, find someone who will fit that perfectly? Of course not.

About Dortmund who quite often sold their key players to Bayern Munich, but Dortmund more often always managed to produce other great players. It would be very disappointing if Leverkusen followed Dortmund transfer style, where they like to release their best players to competitors direct in the Bundesliga. I think it is very disappointing for the fans, Leverkusen would be better off releasing their players to clubs outside the Bundesliga. Bayern always has a way to weaken the competition, by recruiting mainstay players from other Bundesliga contestants, so that they can easily dominate the competition to become champions again next season.

Xabi must be able to retain his players amidst interest from several elite European clubs, his plans for next season could be damaged if most of his key players leave in this summer transfer window. Playing in the Champions League demands better squad depth, and it is not an easy job to defend the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal trophies. Bayern, Dortmund, Stuttgart and Leipzig will be the closest competitors in the race for the trophy. Regardless of Kompany chances in his first season as Bayern new manager, in essence the competition next season will be even more competitive, Xabi must convince his players not to leave.

Everybody is aware of the Bayern issue. Its like those other teams are playing for second place. Yet Leverkusen? This year is awesome for them. Purchasers, not sellers. They just made some waves in Europe by winning the entire league. That changes the course of events. Players wanna win, and now Leverkusen's a winner. Sure, the Champions League is tougher, no doubt. Xabi Alonso, though, is doing something unique. He feeds those guys' appetites, maybe draws in a few more studs, and they'll be back in the middle of it. While winning is never easy, it wont be difficult either.
