Bitcoin without Altcoin ?

If no altcoin then there will never be a measure which is better. the existence of the altcoin certainly favourable for bitcoin, as does gold if no silver or bronze also will not be useful.

Bitcoin will be ok,even if there are no altcoins in existence,in fact majority are not looking at altcoins they are only interested in Bitcoin,some are looking or holding altcoins because they a strong belief that some of this coins are another bitcoin in the making.

In my assessment for me, its not true that bitcoin would have no value if altcoin will disappear. Bitcoin actually will continually exist with them. The only difference is mining bitcoin will not be easy to mine directly unlike if there is altcoin some of the member who don't have enough money can a chance to earn bitcoin.

If no altcoin will be in the online world then the main problem wilo be earning problem with Bitcoin .
Because i think most of the persons earning with Bitcoin only through trading , if no altcoin will exist then the bitcoiner where do trading ??

I don't see any problem if altcoin does not exist.  People are earning bitcoin because they have skills, may it be trading, programming or marketing.  It's that with altcoin, trading is easier reached because it does not require identity when trading the altcoin / bitcoin pair, unlike bitcoin / national currency pair. If you are asking where will this people trade if altcoin is not around, probably they will be  busy with forex. 

Agreed, most users consider forex to be an alternate if the altcoin trading is not much popular or gives good profit. Another thing is that without altcoin digitilization in the banking and transaction would never be found effective as it is now. Also we the users who have been earning of bitcoin as well altcoins would have never got these many trading accessibilities.

i don't like forex at all. with forex it is much harder for me to make a good profit because it needs a bigger capital and ability to take on more risks and stress. but with bitcoin and altcoin trading it is a lot easier to make profit because of the pump and dumps that altcoins have and they are always bigger changes which leads to bigger profits.

bitcoin is the first Cryptocurrency, Cryptocurrency is the currency in the form of digital and confidential. if only there bitcoin as cryptocurrency maybe better with altcoin

In my opinion Bitcoin will just be fine and it will still become a top crypto currency,becaue bitcoin is not depending on any altcoins,it's the altcoins that depending on Bitcoin's popularity,people are investing on the next big crypto currency after bitcoin.

Without altcoins bitcoin's value will be damn increased.

It would create a significant impact not only on the price of bitcoin but overall technology in such case. There are almost 600+ alt coins at this moment and the number is increasing day by day. All the force of alt coin would push bitcoin to the next level in terms of scope, price, user base etc but having alt coins, I think we can compare the values of bitcoin with that of others so I think it’s must to have some alternatives for one or more reasons.

bitcoin created a whole new market (cryptos).
of course it can exist without altcoins, but it will never happen... developers have seen in bitcoin a new concept to be worked on. Maybe someday bitcoin dies and another crypto becomes the "king crypto".

My view on this may differ with many people of this phone because I feel that if there is only few old coins like 4 or 5 then Bitcoin price would have been much higher than now.

At today's date we have around 800 odd cryptocurrencies out of which only 5 to 6 cryptocurrency are successful. We all know that Bitcoin price is based on the market capitalisation. All these cryptocurrencies are eating into Bitcoins share of investment which makes it more slower to achieve the pricing target. So few altcoins are required, but really do not want that alt coins to pop up everyday.

Bitcoin is the king of currencie but the big opportunity has passed to change our life. Even knowing that the shitty coins has damage the crypto and still damaging there are some altcoins that has improved a lot and does offers us things that bitcoin cant, like instant transactions. Maybe without altcoin bitcoin could be worthing more, but they could not be working into improvements, something that altcoins are always doing, besides those altcoins has turned into cash machines, if you take the right moment to invest at them.

You're right, bitcoin doesn't need altcoin as it will keep rise even just itself in cryptocurrency world.
But altcoin bring many advantages for people in trading, moreover you could make many bitcoin by trading it with anothers coins.

Yes, bitcoin will be fine because it is still on top, independent on its own, altcoins is just an option of the users to earn in some other ways like using it. But bitcoin will be good without using some altcoin.

But there are some community that makes bitcoins thanks to altcoins. This means that maybe it wouldn’t affect it as much as people might think since bitcoin is strong but it would certainly affect a certain set of people I suppose. Bitcoin without altcoin might lead to boredom as transactions volume may get diminished in huge levels.

Since bitcoin became harder to mine and more expensive people found that trading alt coins like lite-coin , doge coin easier than mining and buying bitcoin, so if there was no altcoins people will just give up on bitcoin and it will take them ages just to get some from mining so trading atcoins makes it easier

I don't think so. If you still hold your Bitcoin while there are no other digital currencies, you can easily get rich after a few years. Bitcoin price is being blocked by others cryptos such as Etherium. If Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency, don't you think that after every year, Bitcoin price will increase by 200%-300% ?

No, you are wrong why would bitcoin grow 200-300% without any valid reason, bitcoin had made those result from last year to this one because the halving, and the price should be at 500-600 dollars, soo the currently value has no reason, and it may fail any moment, even when people believe we should be at 800 dollars because January 2016 value of 1 btc were 400 dollars already.
Altcoins in the general does allow some people to get more bitcoins, but several people lost their bitcoins into ico scam and sheety coins.

Its not the main point of bitcoin for sure even without alt coins its value can stiĺl go to this far as many adoptions are showing the process and the offer service is much easier thats why some investors and businessman already adopting the chain.
