I hope to finally fix the verification issues.  Every time I make a Dwolla transfer I have to write to CS to get a manual transfer because the automatic process stalls out on the verification.

It says SERIOUS ERROR as well.

I went for a cash deposit more than 24 hours ago. Paid via moneygram to zipzap it in my local CVS store. The money never appeared in my MtGox account.

I've been reading all the BTC information I can get on Bitcoin, I have my wallet, etc... set up  Can anyone tell or message me the best way to load my wallet and pay for my BTC.  I'd really appreciate some help, I'm probalbly just misunderstanding something or not.  I've tried Bitinstant and get even more confused.  So can I please get some guidance on getting my $$ to BTC on my wallet,  Your help would be much appreciated.

Just used bitinstant for the first time today.  In the past I've always used bitfloor to buy BTC with their INGdirect/CapitalOne360 Person2Person transfer, however, that process takes a few days and their price per BTC always seems to be around 5% higher than everywhere else, which is a put off.  Thus I decided to give bitinstant a try today.  

I did a cash --> bitcoin purchase at my local CVS store using the moneygram/zipzap system.  Within 5 minutes of paying the money I could see via the blockchain that the coins were sent to me!  Wow, that's quick!  

My only question is this - how does bitinstant figure the going rate per bitcoin?  I paid $500 and after fees I received $480.05 worth of BTC.  I checked on MtGox as the cashier handed me the receipt and the price was hovering around $71.00.  Turns out I received 6.52509691 BTC for my $480.05 which means I paid $73.57 per BTC.  The price on mtgox hadn't been that high since 3 or 4 hours earlier.  In fact this is a few cents short of the daily high.  How does bitinstant determine this price?

I'm having trouble getting live support, and I'd like to get this solved before the weekend.  I accidentally used my MtGox Account No./Merchant ID rather than my Account Number or user name to deposit.  Is there anyway I can fix this?  It looks like other people have had the same issue.  What do I have to do to get this resolved?
