Not selling any coin is the best decision you can make if it's about saving for the future. Cause in the future the bitcoin can increase alot in price.
I also don't sell any coins and try to not spend them so I can have the most possible in the future.

Holding bitcoins is only good if a person has quite a large sum of them to hold so that if the price even rises to a small extent he can still get good enough profits out of it but if someone has a very small amount he should better try to increase that sum by trading or something.
yes that is a fact that holding a large amount of bitcoin is so good but i think still you cannot still hold bitcoin for ever because a time will come when you will feel that now you have to sell your bitcoin and when your bitcoin will really give you a good profit.

Most Bitcoin users are just holding on to there Bitcoin in the hope that the future offers a big price so they can become rich in a instant. I also do that but I try to sell some coins in between so I can make some money from time to time.

That is because there are many speculations that before or after the halving price of bitcoin will increase. And that is good for all of us, but most that will benefit it are people that have the most bitcoins stored.

People are busy in collecting as much as they can, as everyone is expecting higher price at the time of halving, so selling at that time will be more profitable.

Indeed I am also collecting alot of bitcoin right now for the prices to get higher so I can make alot of profit eventually.
The key is to get as many bitcoin as you can before prices go up too high. I have got 6 bitcoin now trying to get 20.

Not selling now can be understood as price is not high at a moment, but it doesn't make any sense to not to sell at any point of time as if we never sell them  then we will never enjoy profits.

If the past bitcoin price performance is of any guidance, the price of the bitcoin will rise a lot in the future.

Price will definitely rise in future but when we see higher price we should sell some of them in order to make profits from it and we can buy it again when price drops in future.

We are all hoping for that to happen, the price now is still cheap so it's a good opportunity to buy. Although the price is better in the future we should also consider selling some of our holdings to enjoy our profit because we cannot ensure that the price will continue to rise in one direction only.

Yep, not selling coins at any rate wont be a wise move as we dont know when the price will start dropping down again so if we dont sell anything even after getting to a good point and then if the price drops again so we will lose a chance to get more profit.

I think it is about how much patience you have and how long you are willing to wait. If the only thing one do is hold, then we can't blame him, especially if he got them at very very low prices, like $400 or lower. The short history of bitcoin's price has shown us that patience really pays off and that is what others are exactly doing, simply holding patiently and waiting for another price rally.

Assuming you bought your bitcoins at low price, let's say less than $200 more than a year ago you can sell them now and take profits then reinvest them later according to your projected trading entry point.

I think it's well done by people who have a lot of money, they will not sell their bitcoin or hold for the future when the price really goes very high. but for those of us who don't have a lot of money, of course, we always have the need, so have to sell bitcoin.

Yes people who are earning only from bitcoins or who don't have higher salary will prefer to sell their coins on regular basis to take care of their expenses and that is the right way to treat your coins.

Most people do not earn the bitcoin. I think for most people, they can get 10% of their salary and keep it.

Actually i also dont believe in just holding bitcoin for years, for me its a risky thing and it would be much better to actively spend your bitcoins or doing altcoins or even day trading with them is a much better option than just holding them.

I guess still you are not thinking about spending your bitcoins other than trading it for alt coins. Trading altcoin is not equivalent to selling bitcoins. But I agree you are not simply holding your bitcoin without selling them. I believe you are not investing all your bitcoin into your trading.

Personally I like to suggest : you need not to worry about holding bitcoin for years. Definitely, you will get better benefits if you are patiently holding for years.

Well that is going to be a good idea if you are employed and you are going to use your 10% salary for buying bitcoins. So instead of you are not going to sell bitcoins, since you don't have. Then buying is going to be the best choice for you. That is going to give you profit if the price of bitcoin you bought is low and suddenly the price increases.

You are talking about the people who don't have a bitcoin at a moment but what about those who are holding huge amount of bitcoins? They will definitely sell some of their coins if price goes higher.
