Cool info, thanks! So how do we get on the chinese exchanges?

As for exchanges, what about Kraken? That is a good one and a big one right?

People just don't realize how much Bitcoin has become a Chinese money laundering machine, or just how GIGANTICALLY HUGE OKCoin and Huobi are compared to what we in the West think of as "big" exchanges like Kraken.  Poloniex and BTER, where Crypti XCR found a trading home, is near the bottom at only $90K and $40K per day respectively.  That's peanuts.  As I said a few pages ago:

if we want Lisk to go to da moon, we need to get on the Chinese OKCoin and Huobi exchanges.

are the bounty over? I can't even set a signature?

Yes, the bounty campaign is over. You can still add our signature though. You just won't get free LISK for it anymore.

i added the signature before the bounty was over but not sure what to do to get free coins.

Maybe I don't know enough about the LISK concept. I have a question:

Can LISK sidechains be with integrated with any blockchain, or is development confined to the LISK blockchain? Can LISK be used to create an "Internet of Chains" as opposed to "Internet of Things"?

So, could I use LISK to write a sidechain that unifies something between 10 different alts, for example (with the LISK blockchain acting as an intermediary)? Or am I restricted to the LISK blockchain?

Bump - seems like a good question.

Anyone know the answer  Smiley

Lisk forms Strategic Partnership with Chain of Things for Blockchain and IoT Research

We are pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the research lab Chain of Things. Together we will investigate merging points for blockchain technology and the Internet of Things. Through this new partnership, we hope to find possible areas of cooperation between other members, and help formulate open standards that will benefit the industry as a whole.

Learn more about Chain of Things and our partnership in our blog post

This is a big step forward.

I'd like to participate in this ICO but I'm worried about investing my BTC while lot of XCR holders have dumped 60% of all XCR in existence this ICO.

It feels like BTC investors are simply bailing out XCR bag holders in this ICO.

BTC investors are NOT bailing out XCR bag holders in this ICO!

THERE IS NOT A ONE-FOR-ONE EXCHANGE OF CRYPTI XCR FOR LISK.

XCR members joining Lisk are getting their donations capped at the fair market value (at Poloniex, for example) of 1300 satoshi per XCR.    You can see that by going to the "How many Lisk will I get for my XCR" spreadsheet link in my other post above.  At present, the number is 0.274 Lisk will be issued for every Crypti XCR donated, and that number continues to drop as more BTC shows up.  A Lisk is currently worth 4759 Satoshi.  If you trade in ONE Crypti XCR, you currently get 0.274 Lisk and your new Lisk holding is worth 0.274 * 4759 = 1300 satoshi (with minor roundoff error).

Now look at the "How many Lisk will I get for my BTC" spreadsheet.  If you trade in ONE Bitcoin, you currently get 21,100 Lisk and your new Lisk holding is worth 21,100 * 4759 = 100,000,000 satoshi (with minor roundoff error), which is exactly 1 BTC.

As noted in my post above, so far there have been 773 BTC worth of XCR donated to Lisk at the fixed fair market rate of 1300 satoshi and 2900 actual BTC donated at the adjustable fair market rate of 4759 satoshi per Lisk and rising.   The 773 BTC donated by Crypti holders is the fair market value of all the currently existing Version 0.5.5 sidechain / dapp software that Lisk will use at launch.  The Version 0.5.5 sidechain / dapp software used to launch Lisk is NOT VAPORWARE and its use does not come to the new BTC donors for free.  Utilization of that software as a starting point is currently priced fairly at 773 BTC.  The BTC donations of 2900+ will be used as a cash development fund to IMPROVE THIS CODE BASE and create Lisk Version 0.5.6 and beyond.

To summarize, the value of XCR donations are are capped at 1300 satoshi per coin; the value of BTC donations are continuously adjusted upward to get the current Lisk satoshi value (currently 4759 and rising).  That capped vs. continuous adjustment factor is what keeps the XCR folks from being "bailed out" by the BTC donors!

XCR donators have created a solid sidechain / dapp code base foundation and the new BTC donators are providing funding to improve it.   XCR and BTC donors are not opponents here.  We are all members of the new Lisk team!

I dont see any technical reason to switch from crypti to list. All the explanations going on financial or personal motives.

Whats the diff in tech between crypti and lisk? 120 pages of greedy talk without explanation.

Bail out or not, i dont care.

I see lisk as a kind of paycoin scam with a clone of crypti for a copycat of ethereum.

Just my opinion, honest, without any fud or troll. Dont want a scene of more dishonest alt devs.

Any news on BTER? I have a friend who is stuck there - I'm trying to help him exit BTER so he can take part in the crowd sale. Look's like the BTER XCR hot wallet is empty and that they have given up on doing anything to help.

Thx!

Sorry... The only thing I know about BTER is: don't use it... but that's too late for him...

Just to be on the safe side. Withdrawal all out of BTer.com.

You just gave me an idea...

Half of the marketing battle can be won by getting reporters to invest in this ico.

Lisk Devs & community should work harder to reach out to more reporters before the ico ends.
i dont think reporters can write a story and buy up a something before they report their own news on it... isnt that like illegal?

$MAID & $BTC other than that some short hodls and some long held garbage.

Of course it's not illegal as long as they disclose that they hold some Lisk at the bottom of their article, even Forbes reporters make disclosures that they hold some Bitcoin.

This ico reminds me a lot of ARCH. Hyped, bumped a hundred times a day, way overbought. Then when it hit exchanges dumped to shit for months, only to pump after any "sane" person had bailed.
Maybe this will be a good profit at some point, but buying this ico at current market cap is insanely risky.

What exactly are you doing with the crypti? I see, that after IPO you will own about half of it?
So you have a strong force on the price of it.
Tell us:
Will you dump all crypti and let it die?
or will you horde it and let it skyrocket?

I feel scammed, if I give you crypti for peanuts and you let it skyrocket and also if I keep them and you let it die by dumping...

Everybody wants to know that, but why would they give us inside? You can give them 50% of your crypti and keep the rest 50%, for example.

As investors I think we deserve that information...

First of all we will have to hold the XCR for 1 month. Then we will see what we do. Probably nothing.

I can tell you my personal opinion, Crypti will be insignificant in the future. We have over 50%, that's enough reason.

I'd say you can make it insignificant. But on the other hand you can make it significant. When Lisk is in top 3 coins with Bitcoin and Ethereum (by the end of 2016) you may give a new start for Crypti as well by offering rewards in XCR for development and network support of Crypti.

just swap your crypti for lisk. I think u have 10 more days to do it.

True, 99% of all LTC is traded on Chinese exchanges.

If Lisk makes it to Chinese exchanges, it will pass Ethereum on MarketCap... no doubt.
