What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started?

Being a newbie, I am prone being scammed because I don't have experience yet of what is really happening so I invested in HYIPs at first because who wouldn't when you can see that in just a few hours, you can double your investment without doing anything. It's ideal and too good to be true but still I invested in it because I believe that I can still get back what I invested and in just a few days I already accumulated big amount because they are really paying. I became greedy and invested a bigger amount and that's the time they did not pay anymore. That's the time I decided not to invest in HYIPs anymore because it's a net loss for me instead of net profit. I decided to focus on trading because I did have some experience of it and its less risky than investing in HYIPs.

thats how btc has been inroduce to most of us thinking of easy double profits the good thing is the first who've been joined will earned the last will cry because the site will stop working after they already gain the amount of btc that they wanted to have i guess its already program inside their system that if they already have the actual btc the system will stop.

These are common things  we do  usually fall  when we are just starting since   we are fooled on   high returns and  we easily believe it because we dont have any knowledge about these  hyips  in the past thats why we lost  our money in the end. Ponzi sites and hyip sites are all just the  same.

cloudmine makes me thinks that im really mining btc and since it is the first things that i learn from btc so im so active cheking it from time making sure that im earning from the site then its just went down making myself a fool entrusting some of my money to that fake mining hahahah. but now lesson learned research and double check before placing any investment.

When I first entered the bitcoin world it was 2012.
But I thought that all the stuff around bitcoin is too hard to understand for "normal" people, that nobody will adopt it, maybe only few hardcore cyber fanatics.
Well, in Aug 2016 I realized I was terribly wrong, so I jumped into bitcoin again.

Then after being involved I thought its going to be that rosy and after a period of time, I just get rich but alas I am still waiting to make the amount of bitcoin to be rich. i feel i am still a newbie in bitcoin industry and i need more time to learn bitcoin although know i now how to do trading, how to play gambling in bitcoin gambling site, i think my experiences is not much and i want to learn more and more. my experiences is in the first time i am too confuse to decide what wallet i should use and how to get new wallet but i think now i am understand a little about wallet especially web wallet in exchanges.

It's mostly because it wasn't bitcoin's fault that we got scammed or lost our money by losing our private key or something. Bitcoin is just the currency that we're using and all of these are our fault. After you got scammed, the world continued revolving, other bitcoin users continue what they were doing. In other words, you getting scammed doesn't matter in the bitcoin world at all. They'll just say that it's normal. All these scams doesn't affect bitcoins. It just sort of give bitcoin a bad name/reputation.

for the first time i invested in bitcoin some of my assets and when the price increase i sold bitcoin with some profit it was really a fantastic feeling. i cannot forget it, after that i learn investing money in alt coins. and still i am really happy with my decision.

We are just the same i am earnings in faucet when i was started and scam from any HYIP and ponzi site and most of them scam in many cloud mining site after i came here.. i learn a lot in this forum now i am not trusting those site.. For now i am not satisfied with my bitcoin and keep trying to find a better way to scale up my bitcoins .. i am still not pro in trading but i am trying to earn bitcoins..
