The first time that I get some satoshi is from the faucets. I thought first the faucet really gives a high value of btc but I'm wrong. I do some solving captcha and I do it for 14 days and it is whole day. When I get the payment I really not satisfied and I really angry to what I got. Only $1 I received to the captcha solving. That day I felt angry and not feeling well because to the very low payment that I received.

So I would like to share what I've experience with bitcoin and when did I first started.
First I started this few months ago I actually really don't have any idea about bitcoin was and I met someone that change my life.Speaking of changing my life I also change my life routine. I intentionally think about having part time job outside but my boyfriend told me the bitcoin so I ask him what is bitcoin for? where it came from? and lots of questions about bitcoin is and my boyfriend explained it all for me and he recommended it to me to use bitcoin because he compare what will the possible thing happen if I apply outside to bitcoin so I realized that bitcoin has much of potential to easily earn money to help my parents in financial while I'm studying.Lets talk about my Experience here in bitcoin so its really hard from the start because like what I've said i really don't have any idea so of course first I search bitcoin in google so after i read the question I have already idea about it. I also experiencing dozing at night because it was tiring to think especially I need to study for my school so I really have to manage my time. Having experience this all was great because I learned so much more and not just earning money. END Grin

I first started with faucets way back 2014 hoping that it is still worth something back then. I remember having several accounts in micro wallets (which is the aervice) hoping to game the system for many claims. Used different IPs and I was claiming 3 times for every faucet. Turns out I was just wasting my time after reading about dust outputs. What a shame Grin Since then I just try to buy coins whenever I can.

Experiences? Well I heard about Bitcoin and Litecoin a few years back from a friend who is also into it. Though I never really thought about going into it until last year when I first got into the Bitcoin captcha thing. I was able to earn a few million satoshis out of it and still keeping those. Then I stopped due to time constraints working and spending time with the kids and family and that other kinds of stuff dad's need to do. Then that same friend got loads of cash after spending time with campaigns like signatures and translations so I wondered why not make this my second job and I can work at home. So far it has been tough, doing campaigns then going to those free ones, but you need to market those with as many people as possible. And right now I am just waiting for my bounties for my first translation and first signature campaign. So that's my brief story into the cryptocurrency world.

I would like to know what experiences did you had when you first started with Bitcoins. As for me, I had many that I would like to share with you.

When I began in the Bitcoin world, I was a complete rookie with no proper knowledge of how did mining worked or anything about cryptocurrencies. I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

Anyways, what would be your experiences with this exciting cryptocurrency?  Cheesy

My first experience with Bitcoin was mine investment and scam few times. Then I bought Bitcoin to gamble, and I lost. Then, I think I should find another way to make money from Bitcoin. At first I saw the ad and clicked captcha. After that, I found the scripts and I started exploring it. That was a wise decision for me at the moment

My first experience was really hard.
I tried to use faucets but it's only give a little.
Then I try to solving some captchas and it did not last long.

Moreover, At that time I was scammed by someone and he run away with my money.
After that, I've learned my lessons not to easily trust anybody I haven't know yet.

Same thing happened to me.  I was scammed and really lost a good amount of bitcoin.  I was believed to earn a good amount if I invest in their investment site.  The interest is really high so I was like this is good.  But after a period were I can withdraw my bitcoins, I cannot withdraw it.  After several months, the website is already gone.  Since then I never again try to invest.

The fist experience that I ever encounter in bitcoin is that never believe in anyone who say's that I will send you the altcoin when you pay me first, I was stupid at that time and still have minimal idea on bitcoin. I was farming XRB at the time and when i want to buy XRB because the market price at the time was less and someone PM and told me that I'll sell in XRB in low price so I actually when to trade with him because of course he sells it in low price and then there is no fees but the catch was I need to trust him and send first but I was hesitant to do it because I should not trust anyone online because of the scammers. Until I decided that I'll just pay him a little bit and see if he is a scammer or not. At the end he is really a scammer, when I send him the bitcoin he just went offline and never chatted me again. That day was the worst and I will never trust anyone and never should have trust him in the first place knowing that he is a scammer but in the end I recover the bitcoin that I lost by earning more and I hope that guy will get karma someday.  Wink

I feel ya, mate. The same experience happened to me within my first days of discovering about Bitcoin. I had to use faucets to earn some Bitcoin, but the rewards were too small making me spend hours in front of my PC for just pennies a day. Due to that fact, I was about to give up with Bitcoin, until I've decided to check out the Bitcoin Talk forums.

It was then, that I was recommended by a member of this community to join a signature campaign. When I began in it, everything changed for the better, not just because of the bigger rewards than faucets, but also because it helped me explore the forums and learn more about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as time went by.

Now, I've learned a lot of the underlying aspects of Bitcoin, that has helped me make better use of it and other cryptocurrencies. With the knowledge obtained, I hope to teach others who are new into the field so that scams and other schemes could become avoided to help prevent undesired losses.

Despite all that, we learn something new everyday that will make us experts with this evolving field in the future. Smiley

This was like 4 years ago but back then I had the feeling that Bitcoin was more worth, not in the sense of price, and somehow it was easier for me to get it. I'm more sentimental to that period and I still remember how excitet I was when I got the very first Bitcoin in my wallet. Today I don't get that feeling anymore and that is what I miss the most.

I started early this year. I always hear bitcoin from my friends before but I am always hesitant of joining or owning one because there are so many scam stories about it before. Then I found this online wallet in search of an online credit card that sends a free physical card, which is paymaya. But I saw once again bitcoin in coins.ph an online wallet in my country that is available for cashing out. So I tried to look for away of owning a bitcoin without buying one. I have been into so many faucets that would take forever before I earn. I stop and search for more ways and luckily I have found this site. This forum that teaches me alot about trading, altcoin and other crypto-things.

Recalling the first time I felt fortunate to be taught by a forward who did not know about btc. The first real exposure to btc I felt so strange and difficult. Because I am not a non-US person, it is very difficult to use another language in all activities. But all is just the beginning, now feels much simpler and feels btc good.
