I was not much interested in bitcoins when my friend first told me about it as I don't like to spend much time online on my computer so at that time I ignored about bitcoins but when I came to know that price of bitcoin is increasing continuously and it can be the best tool to earn some extra money I started to spend more time online doing research about earning bitcoins by various means.

I've mostly been dabbling here and there, got taken for a ride on a couple of things early on (I hear the Mint exchange dude may be facing charges now; I'm still miffed with that guy), and I've jumped back into freelance writing for a couple of crypto-related websites. I probably wouldn't be involved at all if it wasn't for the dude who created Marscoin (thanks, bro), so he's part of the reason why I'm not so quick to bash altcoins as a whole.

It was a great experience when I first heard about bitcoins and when I came to know that I can earn good money from it I have never looked back and started to make continuous efforts to earn bitcoins and was satisfied with whatever income I used to generate from it and over a period of time after gaining more knowledge and experience it contributed  to multiply my earnings.

I first learned bitcoin through a friend spending her days on our house. She seems to be almost always busy so I asked what was she doing. Apparently, she was involved in a siganture campaign. She explained to me BitcoinTalk and the cryptocurrency world but not being a technical person, it was a blur in my head. We had another opportunity to discuss about bitcoin on a separate instance, that time I decided to do bitcoin even though I still do not understand clearly. I though that I'll learn it along the way. So I downloaded the only bitcoin wallet available in our country and I was surprised to discover many people (some even my friends) who are already using bitcoin! So there, I joined bitcointalk forum hoping one day to also join a signature campaign. I read and joined the discussions until I learned and learned more about the digital currency. I also started exploring the wallet, converting cash into bitcoin and looking at how the price goes up and down. I've tried faucets on some links I've seen in the discussion, or even researched faucets for myself. I finally got into a signature campaign and started earning. Now I have started to mine as well, and is learning more about other coins available. Bitcoin helped me to be more updated in these currencies, in the economy, and even global current events.

Did anyone else came listed here to this forum, feeling like you've got found a new continent or a new animal species? and then when you first find out about faucets and whatnot, pondering "I am gotta get rich so rapidly with this" like bitcoin is some type of a magic, only to find out that you have been lifeless mistaken and then defeated, you generate an account below and discover even far more choices on the approaches of earning and receiving into cryptography and programming even tho you have been not intrigued at all ahead of.

I would like to know what experiences did you had when you first started with Bitcoins. As for me, I had many that I would like to share with you.

When I began in the Bitcoin world, I was a complete rookie with no proper knowledge of how did mining worked or anything about cryptocurrencies. I just thought about Bitcoin as another payment processor like PayPal. But when I joined the BitcoinTalk community, I learned so many things along the way. In my process of learning in the first days, I decided to invest into cloud mining services. Since I didn't knew much about it, I invested a plenty amount of Bitcoins to start my journey into it. During that time, I had gotten into many different services. Those were GAW Miners, then Cointellect, cloudminr.io and finally Hashnest. After getting scammed many times by the services mentioned previously, (except for Hashnest) I have lost many Bitcoins. As a result, I decided to never invest into cloud mining and thus dedicate myself into learning more about the cryptocurrency and look for other ways to earn Bitcoins. It was then that I enrolled into the signature campaign that I am currently into and during all that time I began to earn Bitcoins as well as diversify my investments into different alt coins. Now I am dedicated to trading Bitcoins and other alt coins, as well as working for it (like the signature campaign and working as a freelancer) in order to earn coins and build up my portfolio along the way.

Anyways, what would be your experiences with this exciting cryptocurrency?  Cheesy

When I started in bitcoin, I was just a layman who did not know how to join bounty, but as time went on and the intention to dig up information about bitcoin, I know what a bit is doing in bitcoin world.  Grin

The first time I started Bitcoin I had no idea of what I'm doing. The first time I saw this page is like looking at a newspaper with a bunch of letters and words. I had so many questions to my friend who introduced the bitcoin to me. just like, how can I earn money with bitcoin, what is the process to ranked-up. How to join the campaign. those questions that you would expect from a newbie. I was completely innocent about Bitcoin. now I know a little something about faucets, mining etc.

My experiences with Bitcoin when I first started were strictly research. I sort of wished I had typed in how to mine bitcoins, but then I wouldn't have learned as much as I did now because I've had to work to earn Bitcoins.

We are the same, I thought that bitcoins can only be earned through mining then my friend introduce me this forum and those ico's, From that a little bit of knowledge i tried to learn more by researching all over the google and watching videos on youtube, Now i am planning to join bounty campaigns to earn more bitcoins and exchange to real cash.

When I first started bitcoin over a month ago, I was shocked to be honest. A lot of things going on and I don't have an idea on what it is. What I know is that an old friend of mine already earned money and its worth trying since he mentioned that he didn't spend dime at first. I registered and started reading the NEWBIE thread and its like a thousand words trying to fit on my mind. It felt like it was about to explode. LOL. I decided to take a break and try tried the next day. I kept reading until I was able to understand what bitcoin is all about. Until now, there's still a lot to learn and I'm looking forward to learn MORE. Am really glad to be part of this community. All thanks to my friend who recruited me to join the forum.  Grin

It wasn't that bad actually, lucky for me I had a few friends who guided me on it, I am thankful to them.
In the beginning, most people actually use to run away. They either do not understand bitcoins or fear technology. There are many people in this world who still face difficulty using new technology but those who did not consider bitcoins a scam or fraud are now out of financial crisis. However, I did some little search by my own and then invested in it.

There is a lot of people that are not afraid to technology but afraid of getting scammed because we all know that the one of the most important thing in this world is money so they are just taking care and securing their money and trying to avoid scams so if we want to make them to invest in bitcoin then we should help them to understand bitcoin by explaining it by ourselves.

That is what always the problem of those who are not really inclined to technology.  I can attest to that because I am always been afraid to try new things and always been afraid to use technology such as internet to earn money.  Because most of the time, there are scams around the internet.  When I first started with bitcoin, I was amazed by how it can give us earnings.  Then I invest and was scammed.  But even I was scammed, I still try and now have a savings.  You are right, I was have a little financial freedom.
