I think Eth is a good investment. There are always more ICO's and altcoins building through Eth so it's good to have some in case you see another coin you want to get in.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

That's right and more development coming in will take the price of ETH even to higher level in future and I don't see any reason behind staying away from it and if you stay away from it then you will surely regret in future. |

For a cryptocurrency used almost exclusively for speculation, I think the market cap is insane. This PoS transition will also bring a lot of turbulence.

ethereum is probably the strongest coin to be one level with bitcoin in the future, but butter claims that ethereum is not a medium of exchange; they only focus on smart contracts and this proves that bitcoin will be rivaled only for the long term; all Claims may change over time with attitudes market, I understand that this is just their strategy to reach the market volume, ethereum has a bright future.

Ethereum has changed the world. And it will do this again in future. I suppose that it's the strongest coin. But it's already has reached the price limit for now, but after upcoming fork the price should go up to 1000$ or even more. This is my opinion.

Its really difficult to stay away from such an good and promising altcoin which has an ability to give huge profits in future so whenever I will be in position to invest my money in any altcoin then Eth will be my first choice without any doubts.

Ethereum is a good project and you should not hesitate to invest in it. The only limitations I have seen people complain of is that ethereum token are prone to hacking activities and most project that use token during they ico are scammer. Ethereum itself is a very nice coin, next to bitcoin.

It was speculated that ethereum would hit its all time high if the upward price trend had continued, the uncertainty in China made altcoins to drop along with bitcoin, ethereum went even worse. I think situation changes in future making upward movements and people who invested can stay happy.

So after ethereum prove it self to be the most successfull alt coin, you still asking this question ? Ethereum is the best alt coin for now. With it smart contract people using it for ico and the project 9n top of its blockchain most of them is success..ethereum has changed crypto world..

yes i agree ethereum has changed the crypto world, because now a lot of ico and projects that produce coin associated with ethereum There are many ICO projects do not mean Ethereum has changed the cryptocurrency world. It just helps changed some parts in the ecosystem of cryptocurrency, of course, I cannot negate that. But Bitcoin is main reason make the investors know the crypto world.  Bitcoin is and will always be the grandfather of all crypto, meanwhile Ethereum is the rich uncle that's using money to add new rooms in the crypto-house. Take a look at opakeco.org for example, they are bringing charity to the crypto-ecosystem. Without Ethereum this wasn't possible I was consider ethereum as good altcoin, because more people are support this coin due to good potential of this altcoin in the market. Moreover ethereum price movement in the market now seems pretty good so I was invest additional amount on this altcoin. I think Ethereum has surpassed the "altcoin" status a while ago, with succesfull dapps coming onto the cryptosystem. |

the world change everyday. At the begining of this year we see bitcoin hold 90% marketcap. Now bitcoin hold under 50%. Maybe we will see some big change on 2018 |

I think it makes sense to have 20% of your port in ETH, even if you don't take part in ICOs. It's at a great price now to start accumulating too.

Its a good alt you can make money out of it. Blockchain wallet now have the function to buy ETH. So you can buy btc and now eth. They are making eth great by all of that.
I would buy some eth but not much i don't risk too much.
