This is true giving up gambling is not easy, Ive been there in this kind of situation addicted into gambling. What I did was I look for other things that caught my attention and set aside playing into gambling which I found this signature campaign. Before I always playing gambling and aiming to win but it turns out Im always lose. So Im thankful I found this forum that caught my attention and forgot my addiction into gambling.

Seriously, stop overthinking. There is no such thing as managing your money or so. If you want to stop gambling then simply stop, there is no magic or such trick around here. You only need some determination to stop gambling , if you are determined enough then you can do what you think it is impossible to do

If you really want to give up gambling, you need to accept the reality that you are not doing well with it or you don't have fortune in gambling. Once you accepted that you don't need gambling, it can help you to quit gambling. At first, it may not be easy but if you are willing to give up, that will be lighten a little by little as you go on.

Yes is not easy to give up gambling, so many gambler prove that because gambling site is for fun, entertainment and happiness that's why so many people attracted in gambling site.

Good words, but I think n0ne has a good point too. If we want to give up gambling but we can't however hard we try, we can at least reduce the harm it brings to our lives. And proper money management is a good option for that. We just have to set a limit for what we can lose to gambling in a week, or in a day, and then adhere to the scheme.

Good comparison though there may be differences here as with a relationship, you get out because you don't feel the same affection anymore or if you got cheated on by your partner or if both parties decide to call it quits, Gambling though is like taking away an addict's reason to wake up everyday. Some people even put more importance in their gambling than their personal relationships. For regular people, it's easy to quit once your loved ones are involved but for addicts, it's an entirely different case

logic said that when you are enjoying its so difficult to give up, but if you already ruining your life you better to think and assess
even its gives such enjoyment but the effect to you is not really good so giving it up will be hard but much better for you,.

Giving up gambling is really not easy. You need to have self discipline and self control to do it. You cannot overcome the urge to often gamble if you've been addicted to it. You should think of some alternatives to it. If you want to start giving up gambling, you should do it on the early stages.

You guys are right, though when someone needs a break from gambling they should just quit then.

But that's the problem, a problem(addiction) that generates another problem. I guess most of the people here aren't having hard time to quit gambling.

Because they are thinking about a lot of ways to do it and that's what those people need to do.

They need to apply the suggestions that are going to be good and can help them with their problem.

It became not easy for them to quit in gambling because there not sincere in quitting on gambling, they had a lots of alibi. Due to if they really want to quit, they will stop immediately.

So the best option is still not to quit but to limit what they are using to play. I gamble only with small amount regularly to feed my gambling addiction and I dont feel bad about it. I lose less than $1 a day even when badluck keep hitting me so I dont really think that it is something I should stop despite keep losing

Hi guys and girls! After making quite a lot of money then losing it and crying about it half the afternoon I have decided to give up gambling for good.  Its not for me in have a much too addictive personality. So now I just plan to work for casinos but not gamble.

The thing is you know you should cash out but you always want just that little bit more and then u lose the whole lot. I'm stupid and greedy. Right after I lost i put more in and doubled it then I went all in and lost it. So yes u can make a killing gambling with such a small about like a few dollars but then u lose all u make and waste a lot of time and energy and end up getting upset. Also i shake like mad when I gamble and I hate that. I tremble. When I lose I can't believe what the screen is telling me.

So any thoughts ? Ways to stop ? Ways to gamble with play money ? Maybe there are dust gambling casinoes I can use? U know just for fun and for the fix.

If you are really decided to leave the gambling place/sites you'll have to make up your mind, in fact, giving up gambling would be very easy if you will have a self-control and self-discipline. You don't need any alibi just because you always said it very hard but still coming back in the gambling sites, come on stay away for it.

I want to just state that there is methods of learning to quit gambling such as playing with fake money or with no money at all then see how they feel about gambling then. There’s a bunch of online guides on how to quit gambling though there’s only one person that could actually do that task and that is only you.
If you learn to suppress the need to gamble then you will have a much healthier life.

it is really hard to stay away and give up gambling your money and trying to double it up in the easiest way that you can but for me gambling will always end you up losing more, the best way to avoid it is find some other things or leave your computer out of site have fun with your friend and family stay away even in the smallest form of it.

Quitting in gambling actually is easy to do if you are really determine to give it up, But if you only say it in your mouth not in action, and saying any alibi, it won't really be happen because your not helping yourself anyway. It is a matter and all about controlling our emotion or other terms self-control and self-discipline, with this two virtues it will be easy for you to apply giving up your gambling problem if you do it.

Why would you even want to take some break from betting? it is pretty much nonsense. I dont really think that taking a break or whatsoever is going to improve your chance . If you are meant to lose then you will, doing whatsoever is not going to change it however most people believe in stupid superstition like this
