Giving up gambling is not easy

The hardest thing about giving it up is that to many it is an addiction that they cannot give up, and do not have the self control around gambling to stop forever.  They can take small breaks but rarely do people truly give up gambling.

Why would you even want to take some break from betting? it is pretty much nonsense. I dont really think that taking a break or whatsoever is going to improve your chance . If you are meant to lose then you will, doing whatsoever is not going to change it however most people believe in stupid superstition like this

Well, I disagree with you. Sometimes, it can have an effect, it cannot be explained well, but I think it has a thing to do with timing. Timing that its luck or something. It hasn't been proven, but it can happen. It's not stupid, and it's smart by controlling, not easily be bankrupted because of continuous gambling.

It became not easy for them to quit in gambling because there not sincere in quitting on gambling, they had a lots of alibi. Due to if they really want to quit, they will stop immediately.

So the best option is still not to quit but to limit what they are using to play. I gamble only with small amount regularly to feed my gambling addiction and I dont feel bad about it. I lose less than $1 a day even when badluck keep hitting me so I dont really think that it is something I should stop despite keep losing

Absolutely the best option is to limit what is used for gambling, such as limiting time and money. Like you said, you just lose a little money when it's bad luck. That's because you limit what you use. If gambling addicts can limit what they use, they will be okay despite addiction.

I want to just state that there is methods of learning to quit gambling such as playing with fake money or with no money at all then see how they feel about gambling then. There’s a bunch of online guides on how to quit gambling though there’s only one person that could actually do that task and that is only you.
If you learn to suppress the need to gamble then you will have a much healthier life.

yes it might work but if you have no strong will to do that i think it will just mean nothing, useless.

gambling is not as good as many people think since it can bring a lot of possitive emotions to you if you dont abuse it too much. Play them wisely and control yourself while making a bet. If you really want to give up on gambling, try to find some hobby, doing part time job only kill yourself

If you have extra time for other activity yet you want to gamble, then you will do so. It is pretty much the same urge as playing games. nO matter how tired we are , when we are determined to play then we will play. For sure nothing could resist this urge unless you counter it with a determination of not playing as well

Exactly. It depend on the individual on how to managed gambling habits. If you have control of oneself then you will not be easily addicted. But if you can't control your emotion then rest assured in a few months you are surely got addicted. But if I can start all over again, I will put my emotions and my money in check always so that I will not get addicted to it.

Once someone already decided on giving it up, dedication is a must. They need to be dedicated on their words to do it,it may be hard at first but if they really want it they'll find a way to make it. Right, some people try to use certain add-ons that allow them to get blocked from websites for a specific period of time. There’s also people out there that request the admin to block them for a little while so that the gambler could focus on school and not be distracted by their gambling habits.
I don’t have an issue with gambling because I don’t do it as much, maybe once every two months I would try to deposit money into a gambling website and see what’s over there though.
