Bitcoin- in bullish time

I will not accept bitcoin as my salary because the price is volatile and we can't be sure that if the price is rising it will be stable into that and continue that price movement.
Also, one of the disadvantage of getting bitcoin as a salary i.e if we get our salary in bitcoin with the high rate of exchange at the same time and tomorrow the rate would drop and in that case we get negative profit by just the price drop. So it's not a good idea to get our salary in bitcoin IMO.

Accepting Bitcoin as a Salary is Not a Big problem and there is a advantage also that if the price of Bitcoin increases The Salary of the employee increases. In that case the Employee is also in profit and he is earning some extra money enjoying with his salary....

I have nothing against Bitcoin, but what for me an extra headache to transfer Bitcoins in real money, with the attendant complexity of accounting and potential problems with the tax? A transfer Bitcoins have to, because in my country about Bitcoin few people know and use it.
If I need Bitcoins, I shall buy them better than going to sell unnecessary.

For one thing, it would make the bookkeeping a lot easier for the employer, because all payments can be tracked on the Blockchain. Imagine having all your payroll information for all your employees backed up on the Blockchain. It can serve as a extra archive facility at no extra cost.

The tax authorities can also access this information directly from the Blockchain, if you provide them with the person linked to that Bitcoin address. ^smile^

Unfortunately Bitcoin is too volatile at the moment to have any advantage over the salary I receive at my regular full-time day job. However I have to admit that due to the highly fluctuating nature of Bitcoin it has a higher earning potential in the long-run but everything depends on the market situation. People could theoretically receive more cash than what they usually earn at their jobs if paid in Bitcoin but also if the price goes down they will essentially earn less money than what they are owed. All this instability and speculative thinking makes Bitcoin an unfavorable option for me but I may revise my decision later on should Bitcoin have become more stable.

maybe if someday there are more places that i can spend bitcoin in real life instead of only online or if i lived in another country that people were more aware of bitcoin then i could consider receiving my salary as bitcoin but not with the current situation, that would be a hassle.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.

this only sounds like a good thing but in fact you will encounter a lot of trouble if you accept bitcoin as your salary. mostly because bitcoin is like 80% investment and 20% or less as a currency so accepting it as your whole salary means you are getting your salary as an investment and it can only work if you have no expenses.

That's correct. Also the fluctuating price of bitcoin provides you a high salary for a month and will be low on another month. For this reason you need to make additional plans to have a stable and fulfilled living.

Well, I am already working full time for bitcoin. even this is not a regular job. but just a web based online job. but I would really like if I get a regular job with bitcoin salary. because I am involved in bitcoin 100% and I know how much important it is and how much it would be beneficial for me.

Well Ill accept bitcoin as my salary for freelance jobs. If it was a full time job then maybe I won't accept bitcoin since I need both fiat and bitcoin to survive in my daily life.
This should not be a big deal for you. you can easily exchange your bitcoin to fiat. even some time you may get some extra fiat if bitcoin price increase while you have them.

Even though i love bitcoin, but i dont want to accept my salary in bitcoin, its a bit difficult to calculate and manage your finance when your income is not stable and i need to convert it everytime i use it, so i dont think that is convinient for me

Getting your salary in Bitcoin can be good and bad as well. The good thing is if the price of bitcoin increases you will get additional income and benefit and but on the other hand if the price of bitcoin decrease, it will unnecessary make your income on a low side.

I have no problem if my salary would be given in bitcoin but i still prefer to receive it in fiat. bitcoin is also an investment and the value can goes high and low. when im in hurry i cant spend it easily because not all stores accept bitcoin and it takes an hour to convert it into cash.

Its not bad to get salary in bitcoin but still i will prefer my salary to be paid in fiat.We cannot spend bitcoins in shops and hotels or similar places. So we have to convert out bitcoins to fiat which will cost some fees.So it would be more better to recieve salary in fiat directly.

Nice idea, myself I wouldn't be a fan of it right now until it became a bit easier to use bitcoin for everyday bits and pieces like your bills and so on.  If you did get paid in bitcoin it would be quite interesting as some months if the price shot up it would feel almost like getting a bonus.

this problem can be resolved by using bitcoin debit card, it's the same as using debit card or credit card provided by your local bank, can be withdrawn through atm, paying online things, and even pay bills on many offline merchant, there's no point you can't pay thing with bitcoin because there's so many way you can simply use
