Any chance of adding CryptoDredge?
Only if there will be bigger interest in that miner in our voting pool.
Right now not so much.

Thanks for the reply.  Never clicked on the vote feature until now. Smiley

Just a quick question here, I turned one of my rigs from windows into SMOS, The resolution and GUI doesn't  seem to fit my monitor correctly, Is there a way to change resolution so it displays properly on the monitor? i have the monitor plugged into the 1080ti hdmi port that is in 16x slot 1, i originally disabled the motherboard onboard graphics as it was causing conflicts with my windows miners. Thanks for any help offered

I don't know for sure, but when I get weird errors usually what fixes them is a new USB stick with a fresh install of the latest SMOS.

By GUI do you mean console/terminal? Because I've never seen a GUI on any of the SMOS rigs that I use. It should look similar to what XiriusZ10 posted a few posts up in his image without the trace log if everything is working fine.

It could be a riser, that's the cheapest component that it could be so if you can swap it out to test do that, I've seen traces happen for no reason and the system just boot after a period of time, and I've seen the graphics cards being bad causing it to happen.

Yes sorry I mean terminal not gui. My terminal/pc monitor is working, but the display info looks to large for the screen size. In fact some of the info doesn’t fit across the terminal screen, it looks like I have to turn the resolution up so it fits. The letters on the terminal are large. Hope this makes sense. Thanks

All of a sudden my rig is getting a lot of restarts, the error I am seeing is "sdma ring timeout"
Never had this before, maybe a recent update to the kernel is causing this Huh

I am never updating kernel or drivers in auto updates.
This is my rule and updating this would just crash many rigs.
So only way of updating kernel and drivers is by downloading new image.
But we are working on "optional" update system that would allow do update current image to newest.

Auto updates are mostly script updates which muste bo done to make compatible dashboard and rig communication Smiley

Is there any chance to update Nvidia drivers from 390 to 396?
Its critical for me, because I cannot make power limit lower than 95W on 1063 cards. On Ubuntu 16.04 with 396 driver I can do this.

Thanks

Yes, please.
This results are very promising:

* 144_5 Speed up by 3-15% depends on the hardware.

144_5 uses ~2.0GB vram
 1050ti   ~15 S/s
 1060    ~27 S/s
 1070    ~40 S/s
 1080    ~45 S/s
 1080ti    ~64 S/s

(And if you have any relax time, update NVidia driver  Cheesy )
