I am sorry to say but risk will always follow you in trading and its not that easy to earn lot of money from trading on regular basis as sometimes you will take a wrong decision and that will bring loss for you so trading is never a risk free method to earn money.

Sure, I think the best way is to start by trading and after you've perfected trading you can easily investment your earnings into something you can physically relate to and then watch it grow. So both are good but one should be primarily followed before the other.
