why ETC is going down, can it become in price similar to ETH?

why ETC is going down, can it become in price similar to ETH?
It's very tough to predict anything in the crypto land, but I don't think it will able to match ETH price (just my opinion) but if it does that would be awesome. |

LOL.. this time just panic sell because news from China make a many people confuse. But If to get profit you must trading at margin pairs of short positions. |
