Well, I am a student and hobbyist programmer. Bitcoins are a very interesting experiment that I hope will succeed. I plan to do some Bitcoin related coding in the near future

I'm interested intrigued and fascinated by the whole concept of bitcoin.
I've been trying to get my Alienware M11x down to mining all day. CPU mining works fine but the hashes are atrocious!
Signed up in here with the hope of asking someone for a spot of advice on getting CUDA working on my NVIDIA as it's proving problematic!
But that's a story for another thread! :-)

Hi All. I guess I should introduce myself, but I don't really have a name. Go with tvbcof (for 'TV on BitCoinOrg Forum'.)

Hey all I joined up because the idea of a decentralized economy seems like a good idea. Here to see for myself if it's too good to be true or the way of the future

Hey guys new to bitcoin. I am an esteemed member of many online marketing forums, and I am a successful internet marketer that has been self employed for over 4 years. I specialize in facebook marketing, and usually focus most of my time on it. I have just today decided to sell one of my fanpages with over 1,000,000 fans, and thought that I would try to gain rep here to be able to post in the proper section because I would accept significantly less than the page is worth in bitcoins because it is against facebook TOS to sell pages. Hope to add to the community!

Soldier deployed in Iraq mining for BitCoins (ok, so not really mining with a laptop, more like digging with a spoon) Hope to do some light mining when I get home just for kicks and giggles
I do about half a million PPD (folding), maybe a tad less with the new points scale going down, so most of my crazy hardware goes to folding (cuz a dual hex SR2 OC'd to 3.6Ghz with 12GB of RAM would get diddly squat on this project , or my old octo-socket system lol), but this would be fun just to rack in some coins lol
Took me a minute to find out why I couldnt post anywhere lol, neat little system yall run here
so yea, hi!

Euro bank wire from a European bank is one of the easier routes for funding an account -- even for a Canadian...

Aloha from Hawaii... blew the dust off the inner geek in me that has been dormant for a while and slapped together a rig with 3x 6870 gpus. Bitcoins.... Where have I been? ?? I didn't realize what bitcoins where until I was reading recently that lulzsec only takes donations via bitcoins. Oh well, awesome concept. Considering the state of the global economy and the fiat currencies that they back, methinks btc has huge upside potential. Peace!

Hey, long time reader first time caller! I've been running a couple of mining rigs for a month or so now (3x XFX 5830, 280-300MH/s each).
I wanted to post on the mining forum BTCGuild thread to mention that the new UK server is accepting work but not showing any shares on the webpage under my workers. But it looks like I can only post here under the Newbies section so hello everyone!

Hi my name is Nepoznan. I just discovered the world of Bitcoins and Tor. I would appreciate any help I can get to understand better how Bitcoins work and what experience others have had trading with Bitcoins. How long have Bitcoins been around for ? Has the Bitcoin ever been compromised ? Cheers- Nepoznan
