Hey I just started reading about bitcoins a few months ago.  I got into them when I could tell the price started going up (~$3.00) and they've taken off so I'm satisfied.

This forum is very helpful, and I even got a bunch of information about mining even though I've decided it doesn't make sense for me.

Hoping to rack up enough posts to get out of here and be able to post in speculation or economics, where I browse the most.

Hi, I've been following bitcoin since about June, when it was mentioned in connection with silk road etc.

Lately I've been wondering if I can find a way to accept bitcoin on a website I own that sells event tickets and other things, and also wanting to see if
I could convince my international partners to pay me using bitcoin, since currently international wire transfer fees eat into profits.

I've been getting my son interested in bitcoin and just got him some for an xmas present, to see what he does with it (hopefully try trading it and not spending it on silk road!)

I guess I'll post individual topics with my questions as per above.

My name is Tamer,44 years old. I am not surprised to hear first time about Bitcoin.
We opened a web site about betting only for Bitcoin users after a hard work.
I hope you all enjoy it well after i am white-listed here about the details.

Hi there. My name's Dylan. I got interested in BitCoin about a month ago. I build and sell electronic musical instruments, and sell them for bitcoin, so if you're in the market for a little noise maker, head over to www.dylanpalme.co.nr and get in touch.

Hi All!

Let's introduce myself.

I'm a developer, open-source advocate and bitcoin enthusiast since its inception, althought I let it pass by for the first 2 years, until this late summer.

I'd like to talk, help boost it and hope create some cool projects using this great cryptocurrency. Cheesy

That's all by now folks!

Greetings from Zaragoza, Spain Cheesy

Hi!

About mining.. I mined for a while in 2009, forget about it (I'm an early adopter on too many things) and back to October with my new ATI 6770 (200Mh/s :-O)

Now I'm hitting my head with the wall every time I think that could have got a fistful of dwollas.. X-DDD

Cheers!

Hi,
new to the bitcoin game. Recently started playing around with mining trying to see if it's feasible to pocket some cash (nothing big, a Euro here and there would be nice).
