I see one of bitcoins biggest strengths to be the weak spot when it comes to investing bitcoins: the anonymity.
Dividends, interest sound promising, but the problem is that in the bitcoin world you usually do not know who is sitting on the other side.
And even when you invest in a company where you exactly know with who you are dealing, many of those start ups have to give up again.
To me bitcoins are my investment, and investing an investment does not sound logical to me.

Investing Bitcoin is no where similar with Investing your Fiat. For the fact that Fiat Currency is accepted by any kind of investment and it is stable, in which Bitcoin is the actual opposite of Fiat currency because it is volatile and is only accepted by HYIPs as of the moment. The volatility of Bitcoin is one major factor why it is not accepted by real investment companies, as they are looking for accurate results not random ups and downs.

yes it is depending on the interest of the indivudula person there where is he more interested or having some experience and he should invest there, as i am interested in alt coins therefore i mostly invest my money in alt coin, and really making good money.

Exactly, there's no reason to look for other method of investment when holding your bitcoin is already a way of investment and it's safer than putting it in different business just to earn a little percentage of growth in your money. Our contentment is necessary but if we are not contented yet with the potential profit we might generate by holding then maybe the best option is just learn how to trade your bitcoins.

I never heard about there existing a Bitcoin real estate market in which you could invest your coins. I've seen some guys sell their homes for bitcoins, but these are isolated cases, which cannot be thought of as a viable ans easily available option for investing Bitcoin. If we judge by someone selling something for bitcoins, we could well say that we can invest in anything that regular money can be in invested into.
