There have been no legitimate players who were banned from Betcoin or you would have heard about it here. One thing we did note is that in his original post he mentions that he had 2 accounts banned, and of course if we did discover multiple accounts, they would have been banned, as on every site. If OP would like to provide us or this thread the usernames, we will be happy to comment further on this, but he will not, because this scam allegation is false.

As stated, if there is a blocked player with a balance, that was closed due to inactivity for security reasons, and can be reopened any time. No player who is banned will have a balance because it would have been seized per our terms of service.

Are you sure that the transaction confirmed on the blockchain? It's possible that the mempool filled up as you were waiting for your transaction to confirm so it ended up confirming 45 minutes later. IIRC I've gotten the confirmation email from Betcoin the moment the transaction confirmed in the blockchain.
