No.. Paypal is definitely not a scam. It's a very big corporation which I doubt that they won't do anything that is illegal. It's their reputation will be on the line if they would do such scam because paypal uses by millions of people all around the world and it will be a big lost for them if that happens.

If paypal fraud then can be sure his reputation will go down, and those who feel deceived by paypal will get huge advantages if they reported the incident to the paypal company. So, chances are that we are experiencing an error or in violation of the procedure that has been set by paypal. so this is not a scam

The Paypal protects the frauderest in some occasions. The charge back system works well for scammers.

actually you need to be approved by paypal first when you are requesting charge back in order to avoid any fraudulent chargeback but unfortunately paypal just can be easily tricked by smart ass scammers so it's just end up not better than worse

That is true because I have had that experience when I ordered a services using paypal but the seller fails to deliver the services, when I ask for a charge back the seller was very smarter than I thought, he refused to refund the money and it gone for nothing. I guess scammers do use and throw paypal accounts, that was the real problem I had faced here.

This   is very  correct, Paypal  is already  established  company do offer   services  on  online transactions  but  they have   huge amounts  of fees  thats the disadvantage and  also  its cashback feature which  do scammers use this  thing  to scam other  people and making advantage with this thing. I would also recommend that you stay away from Paypal like all the other people on that website is saying. Paypal freezes your funds for 180 days for unknown reasons. You could always exchange your Paypal funds into Bitcoin funds in the Currency exchange board. So, if you don't want somebody disputing their payments to you, or getting your account frozen for 6 months, then go ahead and convert all your Paypal funds into Bitcoin.

Oh, today I experienced paypal for "lice"! Year paid through them for the purchase, it was more or less, but when the seller sent me an empty package, all of the claims were not recognized. He sent it! And the fact that they have alleged "buyer protection!" is everything to like I'm naive fools! People read reviews! Be careful!

In my previous years when I was on a PTC site I saw that one of the PC site account was freezed by them and their account was fully verified but the only reason was that the site was paying a large amount everyday to a large number of accounts (it was claimed by the site at that time) so it shows that they are scamming.

People are indeed complaining more and more about the ridiculous policies that PayPal is forcing on its customers, but I don't think this necessarily is a bad thing.

If PayPal continues with what they are doing (bothering their customers), then it's only a good thing for Bitcoin as it is the great alternative people have been waiting for.

No more interference from PayPal and its shitty policies, no more balance/account freezing while people haven't done anything wrong.

I agree with you I will say that on any site or company when we register we are redirected to a line where we are advised that read the terms and conditions before registering so if anyone will read and follow these rules then they will reduce the issues.

yeah the only thing that makes paypal become that strict now are those shitty scammers who exploit paypal and going to make fraud transaction in order to get profit by stealing for themselves,it's real and that's why if paypal just found suspicious activity the account will be taken down and will be limited
