On r9 390 8gb win7 x64 15.12, v12 produces about 5% gpu errors, even if I lower i to 4, (on that setting it's slower than v11.1). any idea why ? (swap file size 18gb)

7970/280x gets about 315-320 h/s from 300 h/s (11.1)

r9 290 seems faster but hard to keep stable. Keeps crashing.

For the people with the RX 470/480 why are you mining ZEC still? Go mine ETH the profitability is a little higher. And you can even dual mine and make even more.

30MHS eth makes more than 300H/s ZEC

Yeah.
For Nitro 480 8GB - moded, undervolted ( 1200 / 2150 )

ETH : 29,5Mh/s ETH + 0,75Gh/s Decred = 1,41$
ZEC : 300 sols/s = 0,97$

That's a bit gap... But, using more power too on Dual mining..

Switching to Claymore v.12 with my r9 270x and 7950's, not much difference from Opti though.

Still good work Claymore, nice to see you are still in action.

RX 480 8g - 320 (1500 straps)
RX 480 4g - 292 (1500 straps)
7970 - 275
290x - 400 (390 mod bios)
R9 Fury 4gb - 395

17.1.1 drivers
Seems like for Fury there is no improvement at all and moreover it shows 0 when ASM is used for it. Currently i use 2 algo
Overall 8% improvement

Yeah Fury needs to be on older drivers...if you have newer ones, then I think V10 is the best, with 395 sol/s.  Nice speed increase for 390s and 280x, although after fees its pretty similar to optiminer.  Should we expect another update soon ?  I have some trouble to get optimum speeds with tongas, optiminer gets better results at 225-230 sol/s so far.  Maybe i'm missing something.

Fury-x gpu@1100mhz: 490-495 h/s!
almost on par with GTX 1080  with ewbf (founders edition with +200 gpu and +850 mem : 510-520 h/s: limited by temperature)
Power usage : around 200W for the fury-x, 140-150 for the GTX 1080
