rx480 started at 325 and has been dropping since. Now at 280. temp and fan are normal ar 64C.

EDIT: Reverting to 12.0, there's a bug somewhere on the RX480 code. 7950 and 290x seem to be running stable although the 290x is also loosing steam (started at 380 now at 348). The rx480 is now at 275 lol

EDIT 2: now even on 12.0 is running in the 270s.

Thank you! But in this case 290X speed remained at 12.0: 345-347 sol.

I've got problem with my rig using 12.1 ver
On ver 12 i've got i8 and everything work smooth.
On ver 12.1 intens change from 8 to 7 automatically and rig god errors and stop mining between 3-4 sec sessions.
Anyone can tell me what's wrong with this?

So, I've read that Claymore coded some cards to use -i 7 instead of -8, which is no big deal. Glad I read it, cause knowing if half the battle.

A restart was needed between version 12 and 12.1, and copied the exact same config over from 12 to 12.1

My R9 Fury X's (stock bio's and all modifications is done in claymore config) are now pulling +500 sol's , which is what my other rig, with Nvidia 1080 cards are pulling

So, take a bow Sir!  Bravo Sir...Bravo

v12.1:

- slightly improved speed for some cards, about 410H/s on stock 390X, 450H/s on stock Nano, 290H/s on stock 280X, 300H/s on stock RX480.
- slightly improved stability. If it is still unstable for you, reduce "-i" value.
- fixed issue with wrong hashrate when "-li" or "-ttli" options enabled.

Did you make any improvements for Tonga cards in this release?

Yes but not much, I see 193->200H/s on my stock 380. I don't plan any further good speedup for Tonga, these cards are really weak for zcash.

Thanks Claymore! Any improvements for Tonga cards are always appreciated. On my 380X 4GB OCed at 1080/1550 I'm able to consistently keep 210 h/s using -i 6 and its been stable for several hours now. Based upon your comment, it sounds like some of us need to start considering upgrading to new hardware or mining another cryptocurrency if we'd like to keep using Tonga cards. If I decide to building another mining rig for zcash, what cards do you find the best? Is there a particular one you'd recommend?

as usual..nice work claymore

for everyone who are having stability issues, check your mining intensity and overclocks first.

With 4 x RX 480's I get 290h/s using 1150/1900 with -70mv undervolt and 1500 Timings with intensity set at 4.
Mining is very stable now after some tweaking, previously I had the core set at 1200 which was causing a huge amount of rejected shares, now it's less than 1%
