There are fluctuations, but 20% is a bit too much.
What are u mining and what hardware?

Yes, if there's a similar fluctuation in the network difficulty/hash rate. Fluctuations in the pool hash rate can impact you, as well. Then, of course, there's the elephant in the room: variance, a.k.a. "luck", which applies to you, the pool, and even the network as a whole.

What are your guys hashrates looking like with an RX 470 4GB?

I'm seeing 227 sol/s on Claymore 11.1 with 16.12.2

Settings are: 1200mhz core, 1800mhz memory clock, though changing the clock speed doesn't seem to make a difference.

I guess 227 sol/s for this card isn't bad considering price and power consumption, but I thought I could pull just a bit more. Any ideas? I could swear I heard 240 sol/s, though that may be from guys with a 470 8GB, not sure.

 Pair of stock Sapphire RX470 4GB ref-type cards, 1250/1750 clocks -72 mv and 100% power limit in afterburner, 233 and 235 sol/s, Claymore 10 under Win7

Claymore 11.1 did NOT offer any improvement in hashrate over 11 and I don't think 11 had any improvement over 10 for the RX series.

16.9.2 or 16.10.1 drivers (I forget which offhand, but I've found no noticeable hashrate difference between the 2).

I DID find that the 16.12.1 Relive junk COST about 5% hashrate in all of my testing with it, have ignored the Relive bloatware since then (and will CONTINUE to ignore it until/unless I buy a more recent AMD card that REQUIRES newer drivers).

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
Like something I said? Donations gratefully accepted. LYLnTKvLefz9izJFUvEGQEZzSkz34b3N6U (Litecoin)

@claymore my RX480 4Gb can not run at i8 with 11.1. Get insufficient memory message. But my Hd7970 with 3Gb runs fine using asm i8. I hope this is just a bug and will be fixed in the next release

Insufficient memory message is generally not related to the available memory on your GPU but rather the size of the swap file on your HD/SSD. Make sure you have it set to 16GB+

GPU #0 is going to use too high intensity (Cool, not enough memory, intensity value reduced (7)
GPU #0 algorithm 2, intensity 7
GPU #1 is going to use too high intensity (Cool, not enough memory, intensity value reduced (7)
GPU #1 algorithm 2, intensity 7
GPU #2 is going to use too high intensity (Cool, not enough memory, intensity value reduced (7)
GPU #2 algorithm 2, intensity 7
GPU #3 is going to use too high intensity (Cool, not enough memory, intensity value reduced (7)
GPU #3 algorithm 2, intensity 7

Is that swap file related or gpu related?

any update/ new miner release?  Smiley

would be nice i am anticipating a nice speed up for tonga

And i'm waiting for a speed up on RX4xx cards or even maybe ASM Cool
Fuck ZCash, we now need  "Claymore Pascal miner." We should be oriented to profite . It is with Pascal coin much higher.

I wasted a day on that coin. Got zero blocks after dropping 3200w on it for 24h. I see some that have in the TH also get zero blocks in +24h.

this seems to be right http://whattomine.com/coins/172-pasc-pascal

Whattomine is not right, I'm making $3.70/GH on Nanopool.
2 480's is drawing 280W power for about 1.1-1.2GH.

GPU. The total GPU memory requirement depends on present compute units and intensity, so not every combination may be possible.

Ofc the stats are wrong, coin has `inactive` status.

I tried to use difficulty from nanopool yesterday, but it doesnt match the calculations with wallet net_hash_rate.

You must expand ram to 8g or 16g, all must be O.K.
And check "crossfire" option in drivers, it must be off for correct functionality.

Just quoting Optiminer's GitHub:

Windows

Full speed can only be achieved under Catalyst 15.12 drivers! See below for how to install the older driver version.
RX4*0 cards are not supported by Catalyst 15.12, I strongly recommend to use linux for mining on them!

I use Windows, therefore Optiminer is not a very good option, according to them!
