Soo, Claymore can you tell us news about your new miner? Like release date, performance, improvements, and what you expect to achieve with your knowledge?

Don't be rude, stop staring at my brows.

Yes I'm working on new version with speedup for all cards. Need a few more days though.

It's been about 5 days. Hopefully Claymore's next release will crush Optiminer.

I hope so too, I like coinotron pool, and optiminer doesnt work there.  So far Claymore has been playing catchup unfortunately Sad  But we can still hope.  For tahiti i think claymore is much better though.

I think you posted on the wrong thread Smiley This is Claymore's Zcash thread, not ETH dual miner.

Running a RX 480 currently. (Along with a R9 290), so I'm using Crimson 16.12.2 drivers as recommended.
17.1.1 was JUST released yesterday. Has anyone tried this yet to test performance?
I may wait, they're still non-WHQL release, I always wait until they have signed WHQL releases. Not sure why they release them as it causes issues with Windows 10 1607+ if they aren't properly signed.

Yup, that is a "vanity" hashrate - it's not efficient, it's the max possible. I can take one of low power with wattage, if you want.

Can you please do that? Thanks!

Hey guys, I've been having some issues, especially recently.

I keep getting "miner thread hangs". I've used the settings in the readme, I'm using 16.12.2 with the 11.1 release, and I'm not mixing cards (for the most part) but even when I'm not, the problem persists. "Miner thread hangs, need to restart miner" except it needs to be restarted manually, watchdog doesn't seem to work here.

I thought part of the problem may have been something like not using dummy plugs, but even setting the screen to never turn off and just letting it sit, the problem seems to persist. I've tried very low intensities, down to -i 2 on several rigs, with again, the same problem.

For any of you who've had this problem, how did you fix it, if at all? It just sucks to realize while I went to sleep for 8 hours, my rigs conveniently stopped mining... Any ideas?
