P.S. I think that problem with 570 and 470 is because they have 4Gb memory. With 32 globalworksize miner use more than 4Gb videomemory. So if 480 or 580 will have 4Gb vmemory GGS will fail to start. You must set globalworksize not only for name of GPU but it's need to determine size of vmemory and if it 8Gb than set to 32 if 4Gb than 28. I don't have 470/570 to test optimal size of globalwork. But 470/570 have 32 CU isn't it. So 28*32 = 896. 4Gb will be enough I think. 16 too low even for 4Gb.

P.P.S. It's a misspelling in main window: "Currenr Algorithm". Must be "Current" I think. And it not shows anything while mining monero. And nicehash info didn't work still. And avarage speeds for last 1min/1hour/all time from start will be much useful.
In log no time stamp and still stay periodical error:

In MainForm.cs you forgot to change version from 0.0.6 to 0.0.7 therefore in main window showed version 0.0.6 alpha.

Thanks for new version, miner still closes on devfee with 17.11.1
DDU'ed 17.11.1 in safe mode and installed Blockchain Aug 23 and tried with stock settings(1150/1750 RX580 \ 1100/1750 all RX570).
Mines DevFee than close/exit if miner tries to switch to pool(nicehash).

Just checked the new version, and same issue there: miner shuts down after switching from mining devfee (cryptonite on nicehash). This happen on all my rigs. It only works if I leave a few GPU’s unchecked on main screen. On my tests it only works on up to 5-GPU’s. 6,7,8-GPU configuration doesn’t works.
Tested on 5 rigs with AMD RX480/RX580/RX570 using blockchain beta drivers, and crimson 17.7.2 drivers, but same miner behavior, it just limit you to up to 5-GPUs on Cryptonite algo. Seems that Ethereum on Nicehash pool has no this issue – all GPU’s are usable

MINER ERRORS OUT AFTER DEVFEE COLLECTED--

My 1080ti mines for the DevFee, then GG Sharp errors out.  The screen goes black, and the nVidia driver (85.69) recovers.  I run Win 7 x64 on this box, my work computer.  I uninstalled the previous version of GG Sharp (v. 004)  prior to installing your bugfix release.  Also, the bugfix release reports itself as v. 006.

A bit off topic, but I installed Linux Excavator on a rig, and it works.  Should I uninstall it (v1.31a) with "dpkg" prior to installing a newer version?  Waiting for the Linux release!

Thanks for an update! Rejected shares after receiving new job became much less often than before. But sometimes appears... 1 per GPU in 2-3 hours.

All other is still the same as I sad before. Please read my previous message.

And strange situation happens sometimes. 1 of GPUs start to find a half amount of shares. My GPU's is identical but different manufactures. It's about 5% speed diference between them. But sometimes 1 of GPU (each time differs) become to find only a half amount of shares. F.e., 1st GPU for 2 hours finded 25 shares, 2nd only 12-13. In logs nothing unusual.
Restarting GGS in this case helps.

Other issues are easy to address, but this one actually concerns me.
There were strange intermittent bugs with the OpenCL binding of C# caused by garbage collection.
I will review the codes one more time.

Yes on the latest 0.0.8 , one of the rig with nvidia 1060 is ok and mining, second again with same 1060 getting this error, windows 10 64bit on both

Also, I was testing this overnight and NiceHash went down and the miner crashed. It should have a restart mechanism in place for this type of event. I didn't have a backup pool though because of the above Monero address issue.

* Added the "Device Settings" tab page. You can adjust the number of threads, intensity, and local work size for each GPU.
* Added a watchdog process named GatelessGateSharpMonitor.exe. It monitors the miner and automatically restarts it when it unexpectedly shuts down.
* The miner now automatically resumes mining after unexpected shut downs.
* Various improvements and bug fixes.
