tzlibre has also a delegation service that you can delegate to. And instead of XTZ you will get ethereum tzlibre tokens  Grin Grin Grin Grin

imo best thing for tezos holders is to delegate to a delegate service with dynamic fees and just enjoy the new XTZ that will come to you. Tezos is cryptomining made simple  Wink

with the projection that has been made you can make a lot of money extra just for holding and delegating XTZ.

I mean if you have 10000 XTZ you make 6290$ per year at this price(2.32$) and a baking percentage of 17.29%

when the price of XTZ reaches 10$ this amount is 27000$ per year under the same conditions.
and if the price reaches 25$ this amount is 67000$ also under the same condition according to
https://hackernoon.com/how-much-income-does-tezos-pay-and-how-to-earn-baking-income-46743bb28e3b

and those price ranges for XTZ(10$ and 25$) are not so hard to achieve.

i mean isnt buying and delegating  XTZ a no brainer?

It actually seems like right now that is absolutely right. But more and more people will claim their XTZ and the % will drop. I don´t think more than 5% return on delegated staking will actually be realistic in the long run

For someone with a full roll of 10k xtz, 5.5% expected annual return is unrealistic because this is with 100% of the network baking. There are many who lost ico passwords or pdfs, and not everyone who can bake will. I don't know the highest the network will ever see, but I'd be surprised it if was over 80%.

It s definitiely a situation where you need to think whether t makes sense financially.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

So you think the annual return should be higher than the 5,5% return since a huge chunk of supply won´t bake ?

Need some help....

to claim your coin on the TezBox you need:

- 15 words seed --> OK
- activation code --> OK
- email --> OK
- password --> NOT OK. shit I don't remember what for a password I used!   Angry Angry Angry

somebody rember if they gave us "password restriction" like uppercase, bigger as 8 char, or so?

Thank you in advance
That password part is unbelievably irresponsible. Noone told us it would be that important and everyone assumed that seed was what mattered. I don't know if I remember it either. I have not tried to claim it yet.

"Passwords not that important"... LOL  ...Are you kidding us? It was all over the ICO contribution page that participants are responsible for the password and that you'll need it later to claim XTZ.

That's sad that you failed to read and follow instructions but I hope at least you've learnt something Smiley

No I actually found that I wrote down a password and had it saved, thank god. but when you were given seed words and there was no actual wallet to encrypt and its been more than a year since ICO, some people might have saved just a pdf file which had email, contribution address and seed words. and some might have thought of this password as a one time use to send a contribution. It had to be emphasized that if you lose a password you won't be able to access funds. I really don't remember reading such warning.

The first audit of the Tezbox wallet required minimal changes that have already been made and issued

Of course it will be over 5.5%, because it's impossible for 100% of all xtz to be baking, so it's just a matter of how much higher than 5.5% you will get. This is assuming you have a full 10k and bake on your own, if you use a delegate you get what they decide to give you, which may very well end up being 5.5% or even less because they are in this for the profit.

The trading of XTZ on gate.io and hitbtc .com both are IOU or real coins?

you cant deposit or withdraw from hitbtc.just trade.

gate.io works everything. deposits, trade, withdrawal. all checked out. all working great.

It's not great at all if you are a US, Canadian or Japanese citizen. Tezos needs a better exchange.

I don’t understand why Tezos still didn’t get listed on a major Exchange. They have endless amounts of funds. Can’t they pay something?

I like the fact that they don't.   Let the system breathe for a bit.  Pressure if now off and people who need to sell are getting some money out.   Volume is super low so I wouldn't use this price for any long term value or anything but it would be a great time to get in and for people who need the money, get out.     Once we move from Beta, things will pick up and we won't have as much risk to exchanges with this beta software.

Hi
When is the last the of verification proces ?
Can it be done in 2019?
Is there somewhere offical info about deadline?
Do we really have to verify to get coins from ico ?
https://verification.tezos.com

All infos out there are on the webpage. And yes you really have to undergo KYC to actually receive your ICO contribution coins.

Is there an official telegram or discord channel right now? Just found some unofficial ones spreading their delegate advertisment

I think you can verify and activate your contribution as soon as possible, but wait for an official wallet release to use your coins, if you don't trust third parties apps. BTW is there any guide on how to stake tezos?

Agreed with you we must wait until dev team officially announce the status of the 3rd party apps. Security is more important we see some strange incident in last few days and people lost their hard money due to these hacking events.

Because as I heard Tezos will not pay for any exchanges. They  are confident in their project and do not want to pay for listing

At present, the overall market of encrypted money market is not good, and the price trend of TEZOS has also been adjusted. In spite of this, the price of TEZOS coins will come to a new high in the future.

If it wasn't to replace one token by Tezos in current market's situation I might be missing these prices. Finally I had accumulated not many but diversification with quality coins is always good even you have them in small quantity. In spite of existed issues Tezos in the long run is pretty relevant and important player in this space of digital currencies.

Don’t forget that Tezos already has a huge market cap (approx 1 billion). In these times, this is incredibly high and I don’t expect Tezos to grow much further.
