That is good, finally the day is coming. If they can't found serious bugs in the code, they can easily fix and write the report.

Tezos's funds were raised based on donations that is the reason here, no issue till today. This is other internal issue over funds distribution among team members and development is going on nonstop. It will surprise people those still have some doubts over its completion. I couldn't pick some but will keep eyes on its future moves.

They followed different method. They collect the money to foundation. And company will take the mony from the foundation. Which seems good to me if they are handle the regulation issues with that way.

yes, the development is far behind the whitepaper promise, and there are a lot of bad news about tezos, many people see it as a joke, i only wish the performance could beyond those people think

I doubt it. If they are following them, It's just because Tezos is an interesting project and they want to keep a close look. This is not another ERC20 Token, unless the coin is officially released and everyone is using it with excessive testing, no exchange will list it.
