Hello,

i was mining via your cool Nemosminer weeks ago , but now suddenly, i am getting this error by benchmarking and startin the program:

out of memory scanhash_cryptonight line 85

What does it mean? I didnt touch program, start.bat - can it be due to new nvidia drivers or?

Thanks in Advance Smiley Keep up the good work

Running zPool + windows 8.1

- It sometimes crashes my nVidia drivers when changing between algos. To combat this, I've pushed the autoswitch out to 2 hours.
-Sometimes it just crashes the mining software and then nothing is running for 2 hours.

Is there any way to have nemosminer auto restart when it crashes? I had this setup with awesome miner and it helped fix any issue.
Or should I just setup a smart plug (tp link h110) and have it restart my computer when electrical draw drops?

Why are you people complaining to the nemosminer devs about miners crashing when all their script does is calculate which miner to run and run them for you?

They don't make the miners, and they can't help your hardware crashing (unless they call the miner with a crazy intensity, which they don't)

Either reduce clocks, try different drivers, or complain in the thread of that particular miner dev

Legacy signature from 2011:

Read again pal.

I'm simply asking if there is a way to auto-restart nemosminer, similar to the features available on many other competitors. I'm not asking for any help with drivers or mining programs.

i use windows 10 id suggest updating if possible...

i have 9 different rigs running cards - 1060 3gb's, 1070's, 1070ti's,  1080ti's  i don't get any crashes... so no need to change anything...

im looking at adding watchdog soon

"Or should I just setup a smart plug (tp link h110) and have it restart my computer when electrical draw drops"  thats not a bad idea !

i have all my rigs setup up with a auto restart once every 24hours... to prevent any crashes as i find if i run it for 4-5day straight i will get some kind of crash eventually (properly windows) so i have all my rigs auto restart and start mining on startup

Hi,

Great work with nemos miner. Newbie question here. What is the difference between ahashpool and ahashpool24hr? Hope someone can help.

ahashpool = profitability based on real time price (current estimate + 24 estimate)

ahashpool24hr = profitability based on the Last 24hours Results (Actual last 24hour)

Best Regards

This shows that profitability calculation of ahashpool24hrs is more practical. Is it?

I'm conducting a multi week test using two rigs, 6x1070ti

83 hours in
MINER1 - ahashpool
MINER2 - ahashpool24hr

So far ahashpool24 is 2.3% more revenue.   My guess is in the end both of these are going to be pretty darn close.  Some weeks one might be a few % more, other weeks the other...

Also those looking to 'autoclose' ccminer if it hangs.
1]Start>Run>Regedit>OK
2]Now navigate to the following location:- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\ Desktop
Highlight Desktop,on the right pane of the Registry Editor you will find REG_SZ entry AutoEndTasks
3]Right click on it and select Modify. Change the value data to 1.The default value data is 0.Click OK and close the Registry Editor.
4]Navigate to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Windows Error Reporting\]
5]Create a DWORD called DontShowUI and set the value to 1.
6]Restart the System.

Guys, I want to deploy this on an AMD rig with 7 RX580's. Looks like the miners its using are only compatible with NVIDIA. Is there an alternative? Or is there a config I can implement to have it run on my AMD rig?

I've tried other miners with excavator, and its crashing after 10 minutes of running and dishes out all kinds of errors. So what's an alternate route if I cant get Nemos to work on this rig?

You will be editing the bat file to change the payout address so while you're doing that delete all the other entries in -Algorithm except neoscrypt and change the part for the cards to -SelGPUDSTM '0 1 2 3 4 5' -SelGPUCC '0,1,2,3,4,5'

One algo kinda defeats the purpose of an autoswitching miner though  Wink

All day today x17 has been paying way more than neoscrypt, leave algo alone, you'll appreciate

New year's Eve is paying very well, very profitable day

Yes probably you are right
But if i dont want BTC payments(course of height transaction fee) - can i have different coin set up
and its gonna be correct numbers of tokens ?
Im also wonder each algo need they own msi burner setting set up - or i just put like middle settings - is not gonna make cards live shorter lol ?

Nice tool!  Been using with my Nvidia setup for the past 24 hours and zero crashes, good autoswitching choices.  Only adjustment I made was to increase the switching time.  For whatever reason, my rig takes more than 2 minutes to get fully ramped up, and I wanted to eliminate the chance of over-switching.

Hi guys,
have some troubles with one of my gtx1066. This card hash rate are same with 1050ti. This card have ordinary gpu and mem clock, temp, PL, but not normal hash rate.
http://i.piccy.info/i9/1c82cf2165b18ac79cd1356135e0f159/1514807995/43058/1081826/123.jpg
Do you have any idea?
In another miners and algo's this card are pretty good and I haven't any trouble with them.
