A few older totally OT odds and ends. Part 1.

It’s one of the things that living in the UK is shit for, not being able to carry a gun. WHEN bitcoin moon’s I’m moving to the US & will amass a huge Arsenal of weapons for shit’s & gigs.

I think you'd have to get citizenship then. Foreigners aren't allowed to do as they please with weapons.

Kobayashi hit the Asahi dry followed with saki and fine scotch late into Saturday night ...now he has woken up like a bear with a sore head.

Bitcoin is going to get smacked around like a geisha
If Kobayashi-san wants to smack someone around, he'd better find a proper hooker and leave geishas alone. They're not for smacking around, unless they are in the mood.

Im probably leaving the market within a week in my final distribution. AMA
Is this humour?
if yes - haha
if no - why leave?
Its 10 time less profitable to trade in these kinds of conditions so its an optimal time to reduce the risk of holding funds on exchanges and take a break from the immense stress, risk, and sleep disruption of trading. Also I am now financially set for 2 decades and have chronic illness. If I decide to go after money again and may be via a business or software project like making a new coin or an exchange and possibly not via trading.
Thanks for clarifying. Very best of luck.
(A server hosting company/ISP that one could actually trust would make a lot of money.)
You said AMA, but this is sheer nosiness: what chronic illness?

I seem to remember lyme disease.

Not to get personal or anything..
Some kind of slow polyneuropathy like what happens when you have diabetes. According to ILADS doctors and their alternative testing its lyme and/or bartonella but it might be something else. I also had vitamin B6 toxicity and I have a list of other things I wont share. 2 years ago I was the epitome of health and was running 10Ks

Give Ted Nugent a buzz. You two would make great buddies...

Not even open carry states?  I've wondered about that, but never checked.  A friend of mine always suggests I take one of his when I'm there, but not worth the hassle unless I dig into the legalities...

I’m not going anywhere.   I’ve got another 5 years of hold in me. At least.  As I have said many times before, I will be accumulating sub $5k if we get there and very aggressively should we approach 2014 Gox ATH.

Presumably if you turn up at the gun office already packing heat and fire repeatedly at anyone who moves you get your licence for the display of initiative and enthusiasm.

Big trouble lil china

One of the best 80s movies of all time. Anyone who hasn't seen that shit should torrent it right now.

The market's looking pretty dismal. I guess I got pretty used to every long working out over the past 2-3 years. Now I'm getting chopped to pieces. I guess there's nothing to do but wait for some clear buy signals at this point. No knife catching, risk off....
Means that currently you are in decent profits, correct?

For the past few years. Definitely.

In 2018? Hehe, not so much. Eating drawdowns I haven't seen in a long time and just getting stopped out too much. That failed inverse head-and-shoulders last week didn't help. Tongue

I guess I misunderstood what you were doing.  If you are tending towards longs, but then frequently closing those longs in order to take profits in dollars, then the picture is going to be rougher to see those profits dimiinshing over the past nearly three months.

I was thinking more on the lines that you may have been going long in the past couple of years since 2015 and riding out the ups and downs to keep the longs, and if you measure your profits in BTC accumulation rather than short term profits, your portfolio would be very high in profits... because you could have bought at various points between a close to 80x increase in price and maybe still be a decent 5x or more, even with a lot of mistakes.

My average cost per BTC was about $500, so the best I could have done in a kind of linear way is 40x, and so dropping down to current prices would bring my holdings down to about 17x - however, since I had some screw ups that I am pretty much folding into my BTC costs of doing business, my best case scenario in the real world was only about 20x at the top, so then now taking a kind of worst case absorption of expenses, currently my holdings are largely in an approximately 8x to 9x range, which I still would consider to be an extraordinarily great return on a more than 4 year project, that largely allows me to be considerably in profits, even if BTC prices were to sink down to $1k, which seems to really be an extreme scenario, that does not seem very likely.

These are my thoughts exactly, though I'll start accumulating sub 3k only. If it never gets to sub 3k I'll still be happy.

As far as you said AMA, I am really curious of your MBTI personality type. Are you INTJ or INTP (my guess)? Or something else? Is just for my curiousity, you seem to be quite an interesting person.

What's wrong with radix? genuinely interested, as I've heard a little about it before and it sounded somewhat non-scam like.

Although Legendary accounts don't need merits to rank up, they still need 2 merits to earn an smerit. I'm sure many Legendaries have already run out of smerits to give out, and would like some love so they can pay it forward.  Smiley

I wonder how many of my bids will be touched while I sleep tonight? Biy, I am getting old. It's only 8;25 pm my time and I am already thinking about going to bed. However, daylight savings time is activating tonight. Going to be a rough week ahead for me. Maybe I should move to Arizona, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. My body clock always has a rough time adjusting to this bullshit. Why the hell do we need it to be twilight at 9:00 pm in June?

Did the daylight savings time switch make you change your avatar? Both of them are cool, but you switched them today.
