Oh, I am planning a trip overseas, in the next months you are likely to see me less and less.

Good for you. What are your plans in Chile?
I don't think I mentioned Chile in my posts  Huh

Is he saying use a legacy address just in case?

Nothing to do with segwit v legacy.  He's just saying that the Lightning scaling solution is completely off-chain so its development doesn't risk the main chain.

Is he saying use a legacy address just in case?

believe he is directly mentioning segwit

bitcoin has always been attacked, in every instance the opposition always with a centralized or distributed solution

fake attacks as they actually want to destroy the evidence in the blockchain

and yes i believe put your coins in a legacy address

meanwhile in a hotly-contested battle for the title 'most retarded government in the anglophone world',
Australia counters UK's mentalist https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/07/04/british-mp-calls-for-uk-blockchain-chief-in-new-report/
with its own blisteringly dull https://cryptovest.com/news/ibm-wins-740m-contract-for-blockchain-tech-services-to-australian-govt/
both of them leaving last year's https://www.ccn.com/singapores-central-bank-tokenizes-dollar-via-ethereum-blockchain/
