Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

ChartBiddy to WO is the same as CMB (cosmic microwave background radiation at 2.725K) to the Universe.
It has to be there to provide a nice background plus it is a remnant of the past "inflationary" events.

Turns out the talkimg server is on a class A that triggers some of my blocking software. This is by no means Joker's fault and class As are *huge* so it's likely not even from anywhere near his system but that's what caused the issue.
