Looking at: http://coinmarketcap.com/

Doesn't look like BTC money went into any alts.
No.  I believe Chinese got out of BTC or LTC to buy cheaper Chinese stocks...

That doesn't make any sense. A quick look will tell you no one is buying Chinese stocks at the moment. I know we Bitcoiners like to catch falling knives but this China situation is something else...

I think he might have a point. Bitcoiners are high risk investors. The same kind who'd be looking for bargains when the sky is falling.

OMG!!! The sky is falling!

 Cool

Give me a break!  Chinese stocks increased by 10x over the last 7 years - what is a small 15% correction... lets get things in perspective here...

CEO of Google will assist you if you Email him with the keywords:  "litecoin" "difficulty"

CEO of Bitcoin or Litecoin will also assist you if you Email them directly.

Bitcoin-QT  or Litecoin-QT (getmininginfo command) will also enlighten you in your quest.

Not to mention any of the numerous mining pools that will estimate the next difficulty for you.

You are a Senior Member of Bitcointalk, you can do some research before asking nooby questions...

Is the block size increase required: yes

Is the need imminent: no

Does it have to compromise the anonymity and the decentralized nature of bitcoin: no

Does it have to be the compromised shitcode of XT: definitely not

Self-Custody is a right. Say no to "non-custodial"

If someone is selling, someone is buying, even when the prices continue to go down...

However, the price goes down when there is more coins selling than there are dollars willing to purchase them...

and the opposite is true when the price is going up...

In the end, we are stating the obvious, no?

The block size can be increased without rigging the code, and without creating all this fuss and dividing the community, but looks like there are evil alter-motives to this whole XT crap!

Chill...

When "asking" became more trendy than "researching" on your own?   I don't get it.   One have to type more words to ask a question on a forum than to ask Google directly... Is it the "social" interaction I am not getting?
... I guess I answered my own question, if I posted/answered a question on this forum...

GO Bitcoin! GO!
