You newer guys should understand something.

Sans good news or FUD events, the Bitcoin market mostly trades on technicals over emotion. There is no emotion selling going on right now, it's bots selling on the 7/20 MA and (soonish) 7/30 MA cross to the downside on the 3d.

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

...

It will still be some 10 days or so before I can get my grubby hands on more BTC (now traveling "Beyond the Pale of Bitcoin").  But, I will be ready.  Price keeps coming down until then, more BTC for me.

And that should work well IF the wankers fix the scaling problem(s) OK by August 1.  If not, erm.......

I;m also shorting for a couple of hours now, no regrets. Seems like panic has hit a lot of weak hands.

your hands, for example.

Maybe, I generally don't sell I but for various personal reasons I had to convert to fiat... Now that I took care of that opening a short and then swithing to long when its going up again is not bad right? I normally do hold for longer periods.

But nice burn anyway lol, made me smile a bit Smiley

What's that they say about when the Lord giveths?  Undecided

Actually, they don't say it; Job said it.

"Naked I came from my mother's womb and naked I shall return thither.  The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away.  Blessed be the name of the Lord."

Edit: The lesson here was that Job did not lose his faith in God and his life ends 140 years later being more prosperous than ever.

no theory, just: we are looking forward to rough weeks, you have made gains the past 1.5 years. so why not let 50% go and keep the rest no matter what. 2200$ is still nice compared to 500 Wink
