Indeed, I was just going to post something along those lines. By the rate many altcoins are dropping in relation to BTC they would have to turn negative it seems.

If you do believe in a huge upturn soon amongst all crypto there is perhaps an opportunity to get into an alt and flip it back to increase your BTC stash. But it is always risky.

Whatever the shitcoins ain’t not important , but for btc itself a dip all the way down to 1500 wouldn’t be great as well the dip can be Big but Some people need a break or not even they that believes cannot stomach such massive dips

I bought several BTC several years ago while it was in the $200-700 range.  (wish I bought more)

I am up, and I can afford to lose the initial investment if I have to.

I think it will recover, and continue to the moon and beyond, especially when the LN is widely adopted.  

The LN will be a big boost to the price because instead of just a store of wealth (for me) BTC will also be a usable currency.

It is only a matter of time, and this bear phase will end.

There are so many pre-mined shitcoins out there in the hands of devs and greedy investors/traders, that wouldn't hesitate to dump them all in a skinny minute if they thought the market was going to tank this whole year. And with no mining operattus to support those coins from an ROI cost of mining perspective.... so no floor per se.

thats the problem.. many ppl is here since low range price... the newcomers are already burnt... it seems the market wants the early adopters blood.

If you look at the one year and two year chart, then logically we would floor at somewhere between 5000-5500€ . But there is always unlogic overshoot, so my guess is between 4500-5500€.

Price range for februari 14 mostly optimistic   Common BTC let us see something great again .... fuel the tanks set the boosters ready and take off

Most of the users filled the survey before the continuing of the downtrend. Plus, people tend to be optimistic since mid January, didn't stop bitcoin from falling to 7K5usd... Best thing to do now is to hope that the bottom is near, try to buy at that level and wait for the recovery. But the possibility of a long bear market is growing higher in my mind... Damn it, please someone send me fiat so I can buy cheap coins just in case

I´m a bit concerned about all the newcomers burnt that will never touch btc again.. Chances lost for making new adopters. This kind of fluctuations scare people. This "correction" is not healthy anymore. It poisons btc as currency.

The last bubble was worse % wise....$1200 to $150 was pretty ugly to hold through.

Back then, I sold some at the "top" in late November 2013, near $1000

Felt pretty smug about it...for a year or 2.  

Also sold a little this December at $18K  

Will be fun to look back on this again after the NEXT ATH.

BTC is young,  Still in Early Adopter Phase.

TX fees have come down, tx speeds have increased.

Actually its quite insignificant. There is no new ban. It’s just their normal internet site blocking protocal. Everyone uses vpn to trade already. When that goes. Yea. Then something will happen.  China has been banning everything crypto for a year now. Nobody is impressed after 50th time the boy cries wolf. Goddamn commies must think crypto is a weapon of mass destruction against their commie lukewarm puke. Probably right. Maybe the CIA made it to rob chinks of their debt backed mao bucks. Let it be true.
