right now a selloff on bitstamp is drawing mtgox down. The position at 143.6 is being sold of peacemeal (and slowly, there still isn't any volume on gox). Volume on bitstamp is much higher than on gox right now . People are becoming impatient with this whale who probably isnt going to come to the rescue. and on the third day, satoshi will appear and use his hidden trove of BTC to bring parity to the exchanges... okay probably not gonna happen

https://twitter.com/MagicalTux/status/375195589048147968On a side note, this is pretty bullish news for LTC on gox. That post just means they're checking items off their list, eventually leading up to the implementation of LTC. Beats me why they wouldn't want to implement it either, it would reap them huge profits. So i'm stocking up on some ltc. LTC is going nuts today, up a little over 19%.

Karpeles is a genious - second time he uses the same trick, cheap usd for him while saving his btc reserves who are probably very low to sustain paying all his debt in bitcoins!

This would be clear case of extortion if Bitstamp and Gox were colluding together... Wouldn't surprise me. /tin-foil hat off.

Yeah when BTC dropped from $110 to $65 last time we saw LTC being pumped up to 0.04 LTC/BTC. When BTC recovered everyone dumped LTC again and moved into BTC. Quite logical actually.

Or LTC gets pumped and people exit crypto (BTC)? Yeah, AND, when trading within (from one to another) Cryptocurrencies you don't have to pay taxes, only when going from $$$ to Crypto. So it is a nice way to move around. Perhaps that is worth checking, but I've seen it mentioned before.
