Of interest to some perhaps.

Do I really want to buy one, deconstruct it, and figure out how to fix the thing?

Hm.

Everyone is very different

I go 60 hours quite frequently and don't even really notice, have done 10 day fasts and worked at the same time, admittedly when I was younger.

Thats impressive as hell. I dislike going even 24 hours now a days. I do remember the instructor saying we would be burning around 10k calories a day over the 4 or 5 days it took to complete the course. Full ruck plus alpine gear..we had over 85% attrition for the class, it was brutal.

Do I really want to buy one, deconstruct it, and figure out how to fix the thing?

Hm.

Ya..or worry about killbugz or data tracking....hmm..better start spooling up some VM's..   And you know you want too...its a certain type of sickness tinkerers have...accept it.   Smiley

Well..there it is..another monthly and weekly close in the green. To much ptsd or something I guess but I am shocked the market hedl up today...I was expecting a downwards correction at some point like the daily cloud was suggesting. Quite a few have insinuated some front running happening on the exchanges and whilst I have no proof...lets just say I would not be surprised. Be that as it may..here are the charts of the day for historical purposes. #doyourownresearch

Lol anyone noticed this " April Fool"

~snip~

I'll let you in on a secret, you can almost do that in 6 months just by cutting out sugar from your diet and light exercise.

I actually had to goto a Nutritionist because I lost too much body mass after cutting out sugar.

Sugar and Salt will fucking kill you.

In response to Bold text: You sounds like my Mom. I mean wise  Smiley please don't take this as an insult.

My target is not to get ripped just like @Kylapoiss I am very much happy with 14-17% body fat. not very far from my target. guess need to give extra push and need to cut sugar and salt slowly from my diet. on another thought, I am thinking of replacing sugar with Honey.

Do it, I did splenda but now use less splenda and added a small amount of sugar back because like I said had to goto nutritionist and they had me eating cookies and cake and all kinds of bad crap to put weight back on I lost it so fast it was dangerous I guess.

And Yes DO YOUR KYC guys!

your game sucks as people who participate cuz they accept to be insulted morally.

Are you for real? I don't even participate in Mic's games, but your comment strikes me as ludicrous.
