Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

So i followed that interesting conversation today...
Two medium educated men, proud of their 5%pa investments (stock market or fonds based, excluding inflation loss), were talking about bitcoin. They said buying btc at the time would be dumb, because if you aren't an early adopter, it's just a ponzi. Also, that if governments don't take measures against "this ponzi", they must be either holding OR they have no control over bitcoin.
Don't get me wrong, i would enjoy being simple minded like these two, but then i would also probably fomo all-in right before the next ATH (2022 probably?). At that time, they might even ask me if i heard about bitcoin, and that i should sell my house to buy btc)
It's somewhat entertaining to find out it's ponzi only if you are not an early adopter. And yes, they are the majority in the world, we are just a small and strange(!) minority. I never understood this ponzi argument, how can something with infrastructure built to support it be a ponzi? Ponzi's do not have assets let alone such easily verifiable ones at that. Well, you can see (mostly) anything (mostly) the way you want. They see bitcoin it as ponzi, others see a car as mobile tent or as a loud, stinking animal with circular legs (got this from a 80s movie). When you tell them it's an asset, they say "you can't physically hold it". When you say that a stock position can't be physically held too, they say "it's a small share of the companies fiat value". And so on. I maybe discuss with people that are interested in cryptocurrency, i never discuss with people who are not interested in it.

Looks like a S&W 686 to me. Ruger's GP100 has a more prolific bevel on the barrel boss.

Training in the Shooting Club for the unpredictable future that awaits us. 25m. gallery, WO is always present. Is that a Ruger? My question is, " Is that a threat?!" There are only 24 bullets there... hope my name is not on the list lol

El? are you tryna tell us something?
He's not into the who brevity thing? Who is mic? If you’re talking about the artist formerly known as micgoossens sadly he was lost in a boating accident. MicG went to the deepest depths known to bottom dwellers looking for his lost corn, and came back possessed by a joint-smoking California slacker. Mister Lebowski Wait, let me explain something I'm not Lebowski. You are Lebowski. I'm the dude, you know uh uh.. Or his dudeness... Or duder you know, Or El duderino if, you're not into the whole brevity thing, damn this started way better, as it ended lol You've made a long way in the depths of haiku art have my last merit!

W T F ? ! https://edition.cnn.com/middleeast/live-news/iran-plane-crash-investigation/index.htmlThey just go ahead and spin a conspiracy theory to justify future attacks and sanctions on iran now? Same shit, different nation. #smellslikeweaponsofmassdesctructioninirak EDIT: Abedzadeh went on to ask, “How can a plane be hit by rocket or missile” and then the pilot “try to turn back to the airport?” If the world is buying the US conspiracy on this, we're the dumbest dna-clusters on earth and thus really deserve to fuck up and self-eradicate our species from this planet. i wasn't so angry as after reading this in a fair while (i mean years).

Although it is entirely possible to be fair the DHL flight was in Iraq not Iran and that was attributed to insurgents and not a state actor.

My point is that it landed after being struck by a missile (SAM); not the who, where's or why's. Edit: Holy shit. Turns out Ali Abedzadeh is the chief executive of The Civil Aviation Organization of Islamic Republic of IranI wonder if he can find Iran on an unlabeled map of the world.... or his own bellybutton. Dare we trust their investigation? Edit2: By "we" I mean those who do not trust the "Supreme Leader" of Iran and anyone loyal to him.

Airplane engine destroyed by a missle is still a mechanical failure. In the videoclip you see the engine already on fire we all want to see the moment before it. Iran refuses releasing the black box to Boeing wich is actually an obligation.
