....
I wonder if there's any BTC holder dumb enough in the world to fall for this. The world is full of idiots, even this very own forum proving that every single day.... More terrifying is the fact that even sometimes smart but maybe just a bit naive people even fall for the most obvious scams.... The thought of making a $ for easy is to overwhelming Hmmm well, you do have a point. I still find it hard to believe that people still fall for those "send x and receive 2x/3x" Twitter giveaway scams. Those people have really weak thinking capabilities, weaker than monkeys TBH. Back in the day I actually did something similar and it worked. Anyone here remember Cryptodouble? You sent them X amount of bitcoin or shitcoin, and 3 days later they sent you back double your “investment” There was even a countdown next to your listed payment showing you the hours to your 2x payout. Obvious Ponzi scam but that didn’t stop folks from piling in because for 1st 2 weeks or so it was confirmed to be actually paying. After a test with some dust, I gambled 100,000 doge and some litecoin, dark coin spare change. 3 days later right on cue, I get sent back double my investment. Of course, about 3 days later they exit scammed. Big surprise there. Those were the days.... lol. True story.

Ironically the Bitcoin SV account has no actual connection to Bitcoin SV. He knows fuck all about it, and is indeed a banned, multi-accounting troll. He also owns the Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Cash accounts but never uses them.
i like that he has a segwit donation address in his profile. great way to show his faith in bsv.

I was tempted to introduce them into the concept of Sats and pull out the gold kilogram vs. ounce (or gram) comparison. I didn't do it for my own sake. Would have been like teaching a turtle how to ride a donkey I fully understand you! (I've learned that it's not healthy to assume a certain level of comprehension, especially in the "real world".) Because there's quite a chance you may have more success with the turtle... It is possible strapping turtles to horses can't strap nocoiners. #haiku

Early exiters. And there are hardly any of those. They ride it into the ground just like everyone else having been shown glittering numbers.

" pre-loaded software on Samsung phones seems to be of a pretty major security vulnerability" This software in question is a “storage cleaner” in the “Device Care” section of the phone, which is supposed to handle file optimization and deletion. This particular application is made by a Chinese company called Qihoo 360 and can’t be removed from the phone without using ADB or having root. https://hackaday.com/2020/01/09/spyware-discovered-on-all-samsung-phones/keep those keys safe kids

Rest In Peace my old friend. Mic was a legend, a friend, a good boyfriend (of cryptoqeen), a bitcoiner and his biggest identity was that he was the most active and loved WO in the community. F**k you this El Duderino_, don't fake Mic 😘 (No Homo) By the way, finally you got your brand @Mic. I bet you were looking for El Duderino but this useless guy had it already long ago.

So i followed that interesting conversation today...
Two medium educated men, proud of their 5%pa investments (stock market or fonds based, excluding inflation loss), were talking about bitcoin. They said buying btc at the time would be dumb, because if you aren't an early adopter, it's just a ponzi. Also, that if governments don't take measures against "this ponzi", they must be either holding OR they have no control over bitcoin.
Don't get me wrong, i would enjoy being simple minded like these two, but then i would also probably fomo all-in right before the next ATH (2022 probably?). At that time, they might even ask me if i heard about bitcoin, and that i should sell my house to buy btc)
It's somewhat entertaining to find out it's ponzi only if you are not an early adopter. And yes, they are the majority in the world, we are just a small and strange(!) minority. I never understood this ponzi argument, how can something with infrastructure built to support it be a ponzi? Ponzi's do not have assets let alone such easily verifiable ones at that.

Ironically the Bitcoin SV account has no actual connection to Bitcoin SV. He knows fuck all about it, and is indeed a banned, multi-accounting troll. He also owns the Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Cash accounts but never uses them. I learned this from my Russian sources, with whom I've been colluding behind the scenes. Korner is a lot like Garry Kasparov: he plays 4D chess, trolls the government, and all the other Russians hate him. After reading his posts for the last year I can't see him winning any intellectual game let along any form of chess. Is 4d (how the fuck?) chess played by teeter tots? Thats the only way I can see him having a chance.
