If I am reading this correctly, out of 178k BTC there are 38k BTC still to be dumped. We are getting there.

Approximately 80% of coins entering mixing have been distributed while up to 33,872 BTC remain in the mixer and 3,853 BTC are in the distribution process, resulting in a total of 37,725 BTC that have entered mixing, but not yet been distributed.

(Who in his right mind is that desperate for yuans to dump it all pre halving? Scammers getting free money. When I think about it, it is a true gift really. This has likely been artificially keeping the price down for the last 6+ months, probably shorting before dumping.)

Kentaro Iwata, professor at the infectious diseases division of Japan's Kobe University, described the situation on board as "completely inadequate in terms of infection control".

After visiting the ship, Prof Iwata posted a video to YouTube stating that the quarantine measures he witnessed failed to separate the infected from the healthy.

He reported:

    Passengers and crew members moving freely between the green zone, which is supposedly infection-free, and the virus-hit red zone
    People eating together and sharing living quarters
    A failure to wear protective clothing, including among medical staff
    No professional infection control specialist on board

Yeah sure, a ship is not a country. It's way worse. Population density on the ship is huge compared to a country. Imagine living in close very proximity to 700 infected passengers, all of them breathing, coughing, etc.

gatherings of greater than 250 people to be banned in Washington State

So they gonna close down subway stations?
From yesterday, we have national limits of 100 people indoors, 500 people outdoors per gathering.
Borders to Italy are closed, only limited passing allowed, as delivery trucks (drivers will be interviewed and checked for symptoms), nationals will have to go into quarantine after returning to the country. high schools and universities to be closed on monday, switching to e-learning, schools and childcare facilities should evaluate and prepare for possible closure within the next days/weeks.
People advised to stay at home, go out only if needed and reduce contacts to people, avoid crowds.

I think we had 200 cases so far, no deaths, one critical case and a handful of healed patients.
Testing is done only when symptoms occur, followed by contact tracing if positive. Contact persons are informed and put into home quarantine for 14 days.
No real worries, yet.
