So quiet here and in all my channels, I thought I better check if my internet broke, but no such luck.

Anyway I put my last few coins into BlockFi, seems such a great deal and such a safe place, nothing could possibly go wrong. /s

In fact I think it will be one of the scandals we need to keep pushing us up the bull hill in due course. When they run of with the money they promise to in their terms and conditions. But I'll be in and out before then.

What's going on with that amount?  Satoshis?  Is there supposed to be a decimal somewhere in there?

Regarding people wanting to put money with 3rd parties to get interest, I doubt that phenomena will be going away any time soon.  There are a lot of people who buy into a nonsense belief that they have to have their money working for them, as if the whole scarcity of bitcoin is not a sufficiently sound and potentially profitable investment thesis.

Likely many of us have a bit of a different definition of fuck you money, and when you grow up, you usually are not able to say fuck you to everyone and everything.  Even The Donald tries to build his whiny bully status on doing whatever the fuck he wants, but he realizes that there are consequences when he tries to do whatever he wants (even though he continues to do those kinds of things).  So people tend to fight back when someone else is trying to use their purported fuck you status to trample upon the rights and freedoms of others, which likely causes consequences no matter how lowly the fuck you-er might believe those other people to be.

Pentarudi/Masterluc newest Update:

"Trade closed: target reached: The target of local short-term triangle is above $11000. Which will trigger break of long term resistance line at around $10000. And this will trigger break of giant long term triangle with target well above all time high.

This is a start of long term bull run. It probably will take around 4 years. After that world will see 10 years of bearish activity.

masterluc's long term calls are worth considering ... bitcoin hasn't had a bull wave longer than ~2 years I don't think (besides the on-going 11 year secular bull), so a 4 year bull run would be something epic and worthy of examining how it might play out.

I think because we are in a time of extreme uncertainty (saecular crisis) a lot of the TA is v. undecided, swinging wildly and could go either way right now. BTC has already shown it can be effected by crisis moves on March 13. But the resolution of the crisis can mean major trends are established on the smallest of actions at this critical juncture in time.

I can imagine a 4 year bull scenario where btc grinds higher being fought all the way by the banksters/institutions using fiat future/derivatives games on CME and Bakkt and so not really blowing off until 2024 around the $300k range of PlanB's S2Fx model top for this cycle.

The 10 year bear call is also intriguing ...

the afternoon wall report

A volatile day for bitcoin as it plunges from $10.2k to $9.1k before settling around $9.5k as we near Tuesdays closing bell. Whelp..nothing left but to get back on our feet..dust ourselves off and carry on..the bull market is inevitable. Resistance is futile.

Yes, one of the difficulties that no coiner and even precoiners tend to have is to value their wealth in dollars, while failing and refusing to appreciate that bitcoin may well serve as a decent hedge against the dollar - yet you might never personally profit from that aspect of bitcoin since your tendency is to sell too much too soon.  You might have some problems with impatience.

Just imagine if you had invested around $10 per week into bitcoin from around the time of your forum registration (for about 7 years), you would have received around a 15x return overall, so your total investment of around $3,600 would have been valued more than $60k.  Not too many investments would have done as well as bitcoin over the past 7 years... and there really is no evidence to suggest that investing in bitcoin does not continue to be a decent choice relative to other possible investments.

Sure, you might feel that you are too late, but a lot of folks have said that too over the years, but those who have continually invested into bitcoin over the years have done pretty well for themselves overall, as long as they stuck with some kind of ongoing investing for at least 3 years, and I recommend a minimum of a 4-year investment time horizon, these days.

Where is Masterluc posting now, anyway? I see nothing since March on his tradingview page and Telegram. Anyway, it sounds a lot like @davthewave's thesis.

@JJG
I am totally gambling with my crypto investment. I’m way over invested, if it all goes to $0 I am still a partner in a business & can live comfortably on what that brings in though.

Bitcoin is my honey pot though, I could sell everything now & pull out a lot of fiat but I have bigger dreams, much bigger. It’s all worked out very well so far.

I trust in the process, end of 2021 = fireworks.

Right. Like the peaceful, non-violent protesters who burned the church down.
Also, Source: Washington Post. That might as well have been a DNC press release.

No, that was last night. Note the lack of sun, which happens when it's night.

This was today, different time, and different people. Can you cite any damage being done today at that place at that time by the protesters there this evening?

Should we tear gas and shoot peaceful protesters?

So much for all of your tear gassing and shooting peaceful protestors:

Quote
After thousands of false tweets, print stories, and broadcast stories to the contrary, local journalist Neal Augenstein of WTOP reported that a Park Police source said “tear gas was never used — instead smoke canisters were deployed, which don’t have an uncomfortable irritant in them.” Further, the source said the crowd was dispersed because of projectiles being thrown by the “peaceful protesters” at the Park Police and because “peaceful protesters” had climbed on top of a structure in Lafayette Park that had been burned the prior night.

Surprise, surprise.
