I'm hoping it creates a hive mind. I can't wait to be drowned in the insipid and fascistic thoughts of Twitch and Twitter shitlords.
What could possibly go wrong? https://i.imgflip.com/3jpy34.jpghonestly, I did not detect any politics there...yet. I don't know; they seemed overly-concerned about how the public would perceive the treatment of the pigs. They were assuring us that the pigs were allowed to make their own choices (without elaborating). We all know they were just bacon on legs until they got the implants, right? If those poor pigs consented to having brain implants, then they've violated the first commandment of Animalism. Whatever goes upon two legs is an enemy.
Just wait until the other pigs get wind of this.

Ok, they open the skull, insert a chip with electrodes, but WTF it does? The pig with implant is shy and does not want to come out, investigating something away from the camera. Conclusion: ?
merited for dr who cyberman pics. that implant.. will it allow us to control nubile young females to grant our every desire? one would hope so, it's based on bluetooth at some level or other. I "liked' the part where they show how to charge it-like an iwatch, basically, lol. Anybody up for some Cyberpunk 2077? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixl31324UxE

I just sent you two. Thanks very much! There are just too many posts I want to merit, I wish we could have had something more along the lines if a 'like" button available on every post. This merit limiting works fine for a decentralized, digital currency but it's not as good for forum posts.

Just Google it. The link i posted is from a well-respected science and technology magazine.
I already did thanks, and it's unattested. I don't disagree that Kelvin thought aerial navigation was impracticable though.

merited for dr who cyberman pics. that implant.. will it allow us to control nubile young females to grant our every desire? I just want to age backwards to 25 and stay there for a few hundred years. I will have a long time to gain wealth and have what I want in terms of goods and material things.

I don't see why people deem themselves to be the judge of others.
We are all empirically fallible.
Such a shame. George Harrison was right.
I sometimes use that as an alias, alot of peops don't place the name till later. A Most underrated Dude.

It's not healthy if you attempt to frame history in such a way that largely just imposes many of your own values on other peeps. There is that angle, too.
And maybe if you stopped being such an insufferable condescending, know-it-all jackass who has to try and shame anyone that slightly disagrees with you, you might have more friends around here. That, and writing your ungodly long, droning walls of text that no one has time or patience to read. We can agree to disagree. I thought that I had reasonably and even fairly described what appeared you were attempting to accomplish in your earlier post, Torque. For some reason, you were trying to paint some kind of historical picture of a mythical forum in which earlier members were somehow more united than current members and purportedly singing a kind of kumbaya... which is just nonsense. In essence, your overly emotional response to my post above seems to be connected to your inability to substantively deal with the way that I had characterized your earlier post... I am glad that you pointed out some of my short-comings, Torque. Accordingly, I was wondering why I was having such difficulties relating. ///Ton o stuff///
You bloviator! I learned a new word, thx BobYep. Sucks to be me. I am like a cat, trying to relate to dogs... or maybe it's the other way around?

Which DAW is that ? Don't immediately recognize it. I'm a Steinberg whore. It's a new purchase, and one I am exceedingly delighted with. It's Bitwig. Obviously inspired by Ableton Live, but it's hallmarks are being crazily modular in every way imaginable with both standard linear tracking as well as algorithmic pattern based stuff, or a combo. That picture is its sampler. It is very simple, but extremely well thought out at the same time. In fact that is the sort of theme of the whole thing. It does NOT have all the features of the top end DAWs but what it does do is amazingly simple and intuitive. I'd say it is both minimalist, and incredibly tweakable. I tried Live several times over the years but it just never clicked. For some reason this one did. I used so many DAWs over the years. In fact I did a lot of work in both Cubase and Nuendo. Both such solid pieces of software. I also went through a Samplitude period, and had Logic before Apple bought it. In the end I did most of the work in my studio (when it was still my job) in Sonar believe it or not. In fact I was a contributor to it. I made all the impulse responses it came with. But my close #2 was Reaper. And now in the wake of the death (sort of) of Sonar, if I do anything in a traditional multitrack setting it's in Reaper. Oddly the only DAW I never used much was Pro Tools... lol. I mean I could get around it it, just like I knew what a pair of Mackie HRs sounded like... (But i use Dynaudio). But the workflow and built in instruments and effects in Bitwig are delightful. Here's something I am currently scratch-padding out... no mix yet, all ideas. https://sndup.net/854h/TheWater.ogg

Bob's like the third ragequit I have seen lately in a number of widely different forums. Is everyone just starting to go fucking insane from this Covid and election season?
On a related note, I got back from a medical appointment with a specialist earlier this afternoon, who is big into epidemiology, and she off-handedly mentioned the world should start returning to "more normal" in about May, with respect to COVID19 starting to have a waning impact on daily life. Taking it with a grain of salt, but praying there is some truth with her experience. If you had written me off as you suggest, you would not be mentioning me so frequently.
I enjoy playing with poop. Sue me. May? Like 2021? I have hoped for sooner...
